Chapter 422 The Pagoda
Ouyang Xuanzi said that in order to let the believers who have just believed in it, the temple would write some instructions outside the hall, such as the Great Hall, where the Buddhas worshipped must be the Buddhas of the previous life, the Buddhas of the present life, and the Buddhas of the future; namely the Buddhas of the lamp, the Buddhas of the Sakyamuni, the Buddhas of Maitreya Buddha, and the Buddhas of the East, the Medicine Buddha of the Possess of the Sakyamuni, and the Buddhas of the West.
But I have never seen such a Buddha, without a heavenly king, and I have never seen him and cannot tell him about him.
After standing for a while, I went to see Chi Youzi: "Have you ever been to a temple? I mean other temples are not the place of this temple today."
Chi Youzi thought for a moment: "I've been there some."
"Then do you think there is any difference?" I asked Chi Youzi, and Chi Youzi said, "In theory, the layout of the temple is the same. Regardless of the north and south, some complex ones are all because they are larger, while the simple ones are smaller.
Starting from the mountain gate, there is a hall arranged at a certain distance from south to north along a north-south central axis, surrounded by lofts and corridors. The distribution is in sequence: the mountain gate, the Heavenly King Hall, the Great Hall, and the Dharma Hall, the Sutra Pavilion or the Vilu Pavilion, the Guanyin Hall, and there are side halls in front of the Main Hall, including the Galan Hall, the Ancestor Hall, or the Guanyin Hall Medicine Buddha Hall…”
The Heavenly King Hall is called the First Level Hall. There is a bell tower and drum tower on both sides, but there is no here. It is very clean and there is no Heavenly King inside. As usual, there is a big-bellied Maitreya Buddha facing north and south. There are four Heavenly Kings on both sides, each standing in front of them.
But there is neither Maitreya Buddha nor Heavenly King here, so it is a bit strange. The same is true for the mountain gate hall in front of it, and it is strange everywhere."
After Chi Youzi said so much, he seemed to understand very well that this temple was not considered a temple at all.
When he first came, Ye Wanzhen told us that there was a temple here. I was wondering, the temple is a temple, and the Taoist temple is a temple. Why do we need to talk about temples? It seems that Ye Wanzhen can't characterize this place, so she said that.
Now you can only read every place once to know what's going on.
We walked around to the main hall behind, but this time it was the same. We didn’t see any Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Finally, we went to other places and walked to the Dharma Hall behind. We stopped and looked at it. Walking back was the tower, and the same Bodhisattvas worshipped in the tower were the same.
But there is nothing to expect here without playing according to the rules. Chi Youzi and I looked at both sides again, and I seemed to be quite different on both sides. There were no eighteen Arhats or Guanyin statues inside. There were Buddha statues everywhere, but we couldn't tell which Buddha it was.
After leaving for a while, I rested on the side for a while, and followed me to ask Chi Youzi: "Have you noticed?"
"I didn't find it. This is like an empty city. When we came in, we could only return empty-handed." This was the first time Chi Youzi said this. In the past, I always thought Chi Youzi was such a pretentious person, and I didn't expect that he would change.
"Then we can't just go back like this. There must be something we haven't found. Since it's a tomb of clothes, we must start with clothes, and there must be clothes."
I didn't plan to leave. Now there are water-retard droplets, and I don't feel bad either. It's not easy to get up, but it's not easy to get up. If Wenwen and Ye Peng can't find it, I can't go back.
"Okay, I'll accompany you. We have found the entire yard. Now we have never looked for the pagoda behind us. Otherwise, we'll go there and find it. There should be clues."
"Well, let's go back and take a look." As I said that, I followed Chi Youzi away and walked back. This time we walked very quickly, so we naturally ignored some places. However, when I walked to the Dharma Hall behind, I seemed to hear some sound inside and stopped.
Turning around and looking at the Dharma Hall, I walked towards the Dharma Hall, Chi Youzi followed me and asked me if I had discovered anything. I glanced at Chi Youzi, thought for a while and said, "I didn't find anything, but it seemed that the sound was wrong. Let's go in and take a look."
Entering through the door of the Dharma Hall, some straps inside floated on both sides. Although it was underwater here, the pan fragrant fragrance was still intact.
After entering, the candles in front of the Dharma Hall had already been extinguished, but I thought the candle was very strange. I walked over and touched it, but the candle was still hot.
In other words, before we came in, the candles here were still burning, but after we walked in, the candles here were extinguished.
After taking back my hand, I went to take a look at Chi Youzi. Chi Youzi took out the sword and swept down the candle.
Then, the candles on the entire countertop rolled to the ground.
There were everywhere on the ground, but nothing else was found.
The candles rolled everywhere on the ground, and I didn't see any movement in the Dharma Hall. I didn't think it would come out. Then I turned around and looked at Chi Youzi and said, "You are too big and use a slight use. Why use a stinger to kill chickens? This kind of thing doesn't require a sword, and you're doing it too seriously."
I heard that Chi Youzi raised his eyebrows and then put away the sword in his hand.
We looked at the mess all over the ground, and didn't care about it. We turned around and left the Dharma Hall. After going out, we walked around behind and went to the other side of the pagoda.
When I arrived at the door of the pagoda, I could still hear someone talking behind me. Because it was very strange, I turned around and looked at the Dharma Hall.
Chi Youzi asked me what was wrong, and I said to Chi Youzi: "I don't know why, but I always feel that something is wrong in the Dharma Hall. I wonder if Wenwen and Ye Peng are there."
"Why can't I feel it at all?" Chi Youzi asked me, and I took a look: "Wenwen is not familiar with you, and there is nothing strange about you who can't sense it."
"Then should we go and see, or go to the pagoda?" Chi Youzi asked me. I thought for a while, turned around and looked at the pagoda: "We are all here, and we still have to come if we don't go in. Let's go in and take a look."
After saying that, I walked towards the door of the pagoda. When I arrived at the door, I felt a strong resistance, as if the airflow would not let me pass, but this airflow was not enough to hurt me.
Chi Youzi held my hand: "What's wrong?"
I shook my head: "It's okay."
"It's okay, my face turned pale. Hong'er, go behind me and let me see." Chi Youzi said as he walked to the door of the pagoda. There were two iron doors at the door of the pagoda, which looked like it was locked inside.
