Chapter 421 Strange Buddha Statue

It can be seen that there is an endless view of the dam. The place where we are standing at this time is above the temple. At this time, Chi Youzi and I were able to see the layout of the entire temple clearly. It can be seen that this is not a Taoist temple, but a large-scale temple. In other words, there are people who recite scriptures and worship Buddha, not those of Maoshan Taoist priests.

Looking at the surrounding pattern, it is not on the mountain, but on the flat ground, not on the water, but on the relationship between it and underwater, except for the dam in front of you, the rest are flat ground. According to the temples I have seen, there are few such places. At least I have never seen such places, not on the mountain, but on the temples on the flat ground.

The temple is a regular rectangular rectangle, which can be counted as five entrance doors in total, and the front door is also considered a door door. There is a curtain on the other side. After entering, there is a hall. When you enter, there is another hall. Back to the fifth hall, there is a tall seven-story tower at the end of the hall. The seven-story tower is taller than other places. It looks like it is on a hill or something below.

Apart from this seven-story pagoda, the hall behind Wuzhimen is more majestic and taller than the other four halls, because the highest ones in ordinary Buddhist temples are not at the back, so there is nothing to think about.

In addition, on both sides of the temple are neat houses, like where monks live. As for the yard, there are neither Bodhisattva statues of Guanyin nor Buddha statues, but there are traces of trees planted.

The main hall of the temple is facing the dam, so you can clearly see the two lions in front of the front door.

After I came down, I said to Chi Youzi, "Let's go in and take a look."

"Okay." After agreeing, I followed Chi Youzi toward it and entered the door. Chi Youzi looked around. Although the gate of the temple was a long time ago, it was still well preserved. But I was surprised not only about these. What I wondered was that since this is a temple and it looked so close to the dam, why no one knew that there was a temple here? If the world knew about it, it would have been protected long ago, so why would it be for building a dam?

Chi Youzi seemed to know what I was thinking, and said while walking, "There are only two possibilities for such a temple. The people who built the dam knew that there were temples below. When they were built, they built the temple to hide the affairs of the temple and did not let people know it. Therefore, the temple was built. However, in order to avoid making people know this during construction, they deliberately used illusions to prevent people from seeing these during construction. It may also be that only people like us can see it. Ordinary people cannot see it. Another type, that is, the most likely type, the dam here did not exist at the beginning of its construction, but it suddenly appeared later.

Because the water is empty, no aquarium appears here, which means that this is a specially treated dam. At the beginning, the water here was filtered. Because the water quality is good and the environment is quiet, the temple chose to appear here."

Chi Youzi was very wise, but I was a little strange. If Chi Youzi said this, the temple appeared selectively, then why hasn't left yet? Could it be that Ye Wanzhen and the others were discovered when he was about to leave, and it was left by accident. It was impossible for them to leave at that time.

After looking around, Chi Youzi said, "Let's go to the main hall to take a look. It seems that there is a barrier here that ordinary people cannot enter. In other words, this temple only appeared later, so it looks so quiet that no one has discovered it yet."

"It may not be possible. I heard that someone died the day before yesterday. Someone fell from above and drowned. I wonder if he saw something that he shouldn't have seen, so this kind of thing happened. Otherwise, how could he fall from above and die?"

"It might be possible, but we are here to find someone. We will find someone first and then talk about others." Chi Youzi said, and went to the hall where the second gate first, and looked in the empty hall. It might be that the water washed away here, and the relationship was clean everywhere. The water light shone, making it more and more blurred. It seemed that this place was not an ordinary place, and I felt like a dream.

When Chi Youzi looked for something else, I looked for the opposite side, but I didn’t see anything else except the Buddha statue opposite me.

I looked up at the Buddha statue. The Buddha lowered his eyes at this time as if he was thinking about something, and it looked very peaceful.

I looked at it for a while and felt that there was nothing to see, so I turned around to find Chi Youzi, but I took a few steps, turned around and went back. I went back to look at the Buddha for a while, and it was strange?

Chi Youzi noticed nothing and turned to see me and asked me what I was looking at. I glanced at Chi Youzi and said, "I didn't look at anything, I just looked at the Buddha above."

"What kind of Buddha is this?" I suddenly asked Chi Youzi, who looked at it for a while: "In theory, the Buddha statue is in which hall is a Buddha, but I can't see this. I really didn't see the name of the hall outside the hall."

When Chi Youzi talked about this, I nodded and followed me, "So I'm very strange."

"What's strange?" Chi Youzi asked me, and I looked at him and said, "Since this is a temple, there should be the name of the temple on it. I didn't see the name when I came in, and there was no name in the hall after I came in, so I shouldn't have it.

I can’t tell which Buddha this Buddha is, don’t you find it strange?”

When I asked this, Chi Youzi felt that this was the case, so he followed him and said, "It's true that you want to say this."

After standing for a while, I watched the Buddha statue come out of the Gods, and then I followed Chi Youzi away. After leaving, I walked around from both sides of the Buddha statue and went to another Buddha hall. When I arrived at the door, there was indeed no so-called hall name. When I walked inside, there was no room for Buddha statues. But I was so surprised that I couldn't see which Buddha these Buddha statues were.

I remember that in the temple I have been to, the entrance is the mountain gate, and then passing through the corridor and the lotus pond, the main hall should be the Heavenly King Hall, which is dedicated to the four Heavenly Kings. On both sides are halls, Buddhists, the hall is a place that worships Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and some Arhats and other Buddhist phenomena, and the hall is a place used by monks.

Logically speaking, the one who came in front was the mountain gate, and the second entrance gate was behind the mountain gate. The worship in the hall was the king, but when you went in, you saw that it was the Buddha, it was understandable. After all, some places are different.

But this floor is not the Heavenly King Hall, so it doesn’t conform to the rules to be inside.
