Chapter Thirty-Six Talk One
Danyang County Duke Mansion covers an area of 60 acres.
It is located by Kunming Pool, with the backyard connected to Kunming Pool, and you can see the vast and smoky lake surface at a glance.
When Li Dayong brought Su Dawei to the Duke's Mansion, it was almost You hour.
Before I knew it, after all this, it was getting late.
"You go back now, I'm afraid you won't be able to enter the city. Let's live here tonight."
"I'm afraid my mother will worry about this."
"It's okay, didn't you say that you are coming to me?"
"Oh well."
What Li Dayong said was the facts, and Su Dawei could not refute them.
The ban on Chang'an night was so strict. After the city gate was closed, he would not be a little bad person, even if he was a royal relative, he would never want to open the city gate again. In the late Tang Dynasty, the law was corrupted, so even if the city gate was forbidden at night, the city gate could be opened.
But now, it is still the early Tang Dynasty.
Although Li Shimin died, important officials such as Changsun Wuji and Chu Suiliang were still there.
Especially Changsun Wuji, he valued the law the most. He was about to start the vast project of editing the "Tang Law Commentary", how could he tolerate the law being destroyed?
"Uncle, what exactly is enlightenment?"
"Eat first. My father has prepared dinner. Let's talk about it after dinner."
When he saw the old man again, he had already changed into a wide white robe.
The dinner at Li's mansion was not particularly sumptuous.
Of course, compared to ordinary families, it is definitely a delicious food.
At night there is a whole sheep banquet, steamed, cooked, roasted, fried, etc. There are a variety of cooking techniques and a rich variety of dishes.
In Su Dawei's previous life, he thought that the ancients were not good at cooking.
But after he was reborn, he realized that the cooking skills of the ancients were no worse than those from later generations.
However, due to the conditions, there are not so many cooking methods. However, in terms of ingredients alone, the ancients would come up with various strange ways to make the same ingredients, and the taste was extremely delicious, color, fragrance, taste, meaning, and shape. Since the emergence of food, a very complete set of theories has emerged in China, which has also promoted the continuous innovation of cooking methods.
Japanese cuisine is popular all over the world just because it has two characteristics: color and shape.
Su Dawei remembers it very clearly that Japanese cuisine is also called "eye cuisine", so the first thing it pursues is its shape and color, which makes the eyes feel comfortable. It is hard to say the taste of Japanese cuisine, but there is one thing that is very clever. Humans are a creature that first judges by their eyes, so there is the saying that "people rely on clothes and horses rely on saddles".
It is easy to feel good when strangers meet in high-end clothes.
The same is true for food. When the eyes are comfortable, it will produce a delicious feeling. This is also an important reason why Japanese cuisine can be popular in later generations. Its packaging and its shape will give people a very high-end feeling. In contrast, Chinese food often ignores this point, so it is at a disadvantage in terms of price and other aspects.
But in fact, the production of Japanese materials was just the product of stealing the masters in the Tang Dynasty.
Mr. Li has white hair and a childish face, and is in good spirits.
His appetite is amazing, and he doesn't have to be inferior to young people at all, and even Li Dayong can't compare with him.
In one meal, almost half a sheep got into her stomach, and there were two jars of Huiyangchun.
In this way, he patted his stomach and said, "I am old and I dare not eat too much at night. I can only eat six points full."
You are indeed a bucket!
Su Dawei muttered in his heart that the speed in his hands was not slow either.
Mr. Li smiled and said, "If you can eat well, it means you have no problems in your health. You are at your age and are the time to eat."
People often say that half of the eldest son is poor.
Su Dawei was not polite, and he was like a voracious meal.
Not only was he not polite, but Hei Saburo was not polite. He lay behind him, holding a leg of lamb, and ate with relish.
"I'm a little tired today, so I won't be with you anymore.
Boy, there is no need to be restrained here, just be a little casual. Let your fifth uncle accompany you. Let us get up tomorrow and have a chat with you."
As he said that, he got up and left.
When he passed by Kurosaburo, he suddenly stopped.
"Good dog, what a good dog... Boy, is your dog breeding?"
"ah?"
Su Dawei was choked and looked up at Li Keshi.
Then, he found that Heizaburo was moving back with his lamb legs in his arms, moving to his side, and his tail was still clamped.
"Oh, it has never been matched, it mainly depends on its like."
If Master Li didn't say it, Su Dawei didn't think it.
It is spring now, everything sprouts, and it is the season when animals are in heat.
He saw dogs mating on the streets several times, but never saw anything unusual about Kurosaburo. Or, he was frigid? Anyway, he didn't see him in heat, and he didn't see him go out to find a bitch, and he looked very indifferent.
Could it be, it...
He turned his head and looked at Heizakuro. Heizakuro rolled his eyes and continued to chew on his legs with his lamb.
"Yes, this kind of thing depends on fate."
Mr. Li looked very convinced and walked out with his hands behind his back.
Li Dayong had already stopped eating. Seeing that Li Keshi went out, he stood up as well.
"Are you full?"
Su Dawei looked at the mess in front of him and said a little embarrassedly: "Eight points full."
"Do you still want it?"
You stood up and asked me if I wanted to eat? I don’t want to save face! Even if I want to eat, I feel embarrassed to eat it.
This guy is so hypocritical.
Li Dayong never expected that he would be labeled as hypocritical with just a casual word.
Su Dawei said: "I won't eat it anymore."
"Then come with me."
Li Dayong walked out, and Su Dawei hurriedly followed.
Hei Sanro also stood up, looked at the lamb legs hesitantly, then looked at Su Dawei's back, and finally followed him with the lamb legs in his mouth.
Two people walked along the corridor.
Soon, they arrived at the backyard and arrived at the Kunming poolside.
The bright moon is bright.
The stars gathered into a Milky Way across the sky.
"Your name is Ami, right?"
"That's what my mother calls me."
"Okay, I'll call you Ami, too."
You are hitting the snake and following the pole... But Su Dawei did not resist Li Dayong calling him that because he knew Su Zhao.
In fact, Su Dawei was very curious about Su Zhao.
He rarely heard people mention Su Zhao before, and in his predecessor's memory, Su Zhao mostly appeared in the image of a kind father.
As for Miss Liu, she didn't talk much about him.
So much so that it was not until recently that he learned that Su Zhao had also killed Weird.
Can he kill strange things? He also has a knife and crossbow dedicated to the left and right mansions, and also followed Wang Xuance to the mission to Tianzhu.
All of this undoubtedly cast a mystery on Su Zhao, making Su Dawei very curious about this cheap guy.
Wang Xuance, a cruel man, the Lord who destroys a country!
When he was envoyed to India, he actually recruited a bad commander as his entourage, and he recruited twice.
From this we can also see that Su Zhao is definitely not an ordinary person. Otherwise, Wang Xuance would not have liked him.
Su Dawei once tried to review Su Zhao's archives.
However, there is no record of him in the entire Chang'an County Government.
Zhou Liang once told him privately: I don’t know who took away your father’s file. And the relevant personnel were all transferred later.
Is it Wang Xuance?
Su Dawei was very suspicious.
However, he couldn't understand why Wang Xuance transferred Su Zhao's archives.
"Ami, have you read the Tao Te Ching?"
"What my uncle said, but I?"
“That’s right.”
“Read some.”
Su Dawei did read "Laozi", but he had read it, not his predecessor.
Li Dayong was too lazy to ask who he learned "Laozi" from, and stood with his back to him, looking at the stars.
"Then do you remember the sentence 'One life, two, two, three, and all things'?"
“Impression.”
"Then do you know, what is 'one'?"
"this……"
Su Dawei felt dizzy. It was just a big night, and you just had enough food, so why did you ask me such a profound philosophical question?
This "one" has been said since I wrote five thousand words.
The opinions of various schools, the comments... There is only one word "one", and the explanation of it can't be 10 million words.
"Is the fundamental?"
"What's that?"
"It's basically..."
Lao Tzu called Tao, Confucius called benevolence.
The statements are different, but in fact their kernels are the same.
But how could Su Dawei explain this "Tao" and this "Ren" clearly?
I am afraid that the most knowledgeable person in the world will not dare to answer this question easily.
"I have no idea."
The original text of Lao Tzu's Tao Te Ching is as follows: Tao produces one, one produces two, two produces three, and three produces all things.
If it is explained literally, it is very simple, that is Tao.
But, what is Tao?
Tao is one, but one is not Tao.
Su Dawei could only use the word "basic" instead. To be honest, he really didn't know.
"All things carry yin and embrace yang, and yin and yang are in conflict but they are mutually generated. Those who maintain the balance of yin and yang are 'a'."
"I……"
Su Dawei scratched his head hard and smiled bitterly.
This thing is too profound. Even if he is a time traveler, he would talk to the ancients about yin and yang and 'one', there is really no such Taoist practice.
Fortunately, Li Dayong did not continue on this issue.
"Didn't you just ask me, what is enlightenment?"
Su Dawei immediately became interested and nodded repeatedly, "I would like to ask my uncle for advice."
"The "Guan Yinzi·Liu Bi Pian" says: One qi produces all things.
And this "Yi Qi" is to maintain the balance of yin and yang and create the foundation of all things. It may be the existence of "Tao" recently, and it can also be called the foundation you mentioned. One Qi, also called Yuan Qi, was mentioned by the sorcerer Wang Chong of the Eastern Han Dynasty in "Lunheng". Yuan Qi fills the world and is also the foundation of maintaining the world. Lao Tzu said that all things bear yin and embrace yang. If there is yin, there must be yang. If there is yin, there will be strangeness. When the yin and yang are out of order, yin will be disordered and there will be great disasters.
Therefore, since ancient times, we have been carefully maintaining this balance.
In ancient times, the battle between Huangdi and Chiyou was actually a conflict after the chaos of yin and yang... At that time, a real person named Guangchengzi created a method to call Yuanqi to restrain strange things. Yuanqi exists in the world, and he is invisible and colorless, and cannot be captured. This method created by Guangchengzi is the method of sensing the existence of Yuanqi, which is called Kailing.
To sense him, master him, and use him, you can call him an immortal, a god, or a Buddha."
Li Dayong turned around and stared at Su Dawei.
