Volume Five, The Pen of God, Chapter 151: Cultivating Buddhahood (1)

After the snow falls, the mountain is actually the same mountain. It looks no different from the world and every mountain in this world. The exposed black cliff stones do not have any special places, either rough or smooth, without luster, without the breath of life, silent... they are cliff stones.

Ning Que stood in front of the mountain with Sangsang on his back, looking at the mountain with true appearance. After watching for a long time, until the golden color on the Jintang was blown into countless pieces by the night wind, it was still a mountain.

Did the Buddha wake up? Is the Buddha alive or dead? Waiting for the answer to be revealed but not knowing what the answer is, which made him very nervous.

"We won the bet?"

"It seems that there is no."

"Why?"

Ning Que was very disappointed and angry, and sat down on the ground, kicking his legs like a wronged child or a wronged frog, kicking the snow in front of him everywhere.

Sangsang said calmly: "Because the Buddha is the Buddha, not a cat."

After hearing this, Ning Que was silent for a long time. He understood and understood that from the very beginning, his conjectures with Sangsang were different from the truth of the matter.

That ideal experiment on cats requires a box and an extremely exquisite poisoning device. The Buddha has no reason to trap himself in that situation. So what is Nirvana?

Nirvana is still a superposition of quantum, but it has nothing to do with life and death, but only with position. When you observe, it suddenly appears there, or here, the Buddha did not design the device that might poison himself, but he could design other methods so that Haotian could not find himself.

"We still won." Ning Que stood up, looked at the mountain in front of him and said, "See, Buddha is here, this mountain is Buddha, and if it is destroyed, it is."

Sangsang said, "No, Buddha is among sentient beings."

Ning Que understood what she meant, and observation was to be sure. Buddha did not rely solely on observation and determined attributes, and had self-awareness. Then he could appear anywhere.

The Buddhas of the chessboard world are the concrete manifestations of this state. Sangsang is right. The aunt who sells vegetables can be a Buddha, the golden pond can be a Buddha, the willow lotus leaves in the pond can be a Buddha, and even the frog that Ning Que kissed a few days ago may be really the Buddha.

This snow-capped mountain is also the Buddha, and it should be the central coordinate of the Buddha in the chessboard world. Only in this way can the Buddha in the superposition ensure his existence.

But it is useless to destroy this snow-capped mountain, because the Buddha can appear in countless locations and move faster than light. No one can really find him. Naturally, no one can kill him.

Ning Que said: "When we came to the far east, the world began to tremble, and countless Buddhas began to be nervous and afraid, which proved that this snow-capped mountain was very important to the Buddha."

At this moment, there were vibrations coming from the outside of the golden pond, and countless Buddhas came from the fields, including several great Bodhisattvas who changed and generated when crossing the Styx River. The Buddha's power was boundless.

Sensing the changes in the snow-capped mountains, the Buddha revealed his true face, and countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas sat cross-legged on the ground. The pious chanting of the sutras continued, and the Buddha's light illuminated the dark sky and the foot of the mountain.

The Buddha's light was too strong, and even a large black umbrella could no longer be covered in the darkness. A layer of golden light was plated on Ning Que and Sangsang, and then penetrated into their bodies.

Inspired by the Buddha, countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas came to the east and wanted to suppress the evil spirits. A shocking roar came from the field. A green lion hundreds of feet tall roared towards the sky, and the Buddha's light was once again full.

Ning Que's face turned pale because the light was too bright, because it felt pain, and because Sangsang, who was hiding in his body, felt very sad in these Buddha lights.

He felt Sangsang's weakness, and the Bodhisattvas riding on the green lion and white tiger, each of whom was as powerful as Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. He knew that Sangsang could never defeat the other party again.

"Ten Thousand Buddhas celebrate the sect..."

Ning Que looked at the countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas with amazing momentum in the wilderness and laughed and said, "If this snow-capped mountain is not their ancestor, what are they anxious about and what are they afraid of?"

As he spoke, smoke and dust were rippling in the fields, and a yellow dragon whistled under the snow-capped mountains. At the front was the green lion hundreds of feet tall. As he ran, the sky and the earth changed color!

Looking at the green lion that seemed to be about to swallow the night sky, Ning Que couldn't help feeling a little uneasy when he remembered the powerful realm methods of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva in the Styx River. Now Sangsang is even weaker, how can he be the opponent of these Bodhisattvas?

What surprised him was that the green lion ran to the golden pond and suddenly stopped. Because it stopped too suddenly, its giant body stumbled heavily, and it was unknown how many black mud land had been lifted up.

The green lion seemed to be very afraid of the water in the pond. It stretched out its front paws to test, trying to step into the narrow mud paths in the pond. However, its body was so big that one claw was like a palace in the Imperial Palace. It was as heavy as a mountain. The mud path was immediately trampled and the water of the pond was soaked on its claws.

Only a painful and fearful howl was heard, the willow trees bent down again by the pond, and the green lion retreated in fear, with golden Buddha light constantly emitting on its claws, as if burning.

The green lion retreated in fear, and the field was quiet for a moment. Countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas did not dare to try to enter this golden pond, and could only sit cross-legged on the ground and recite the scriptures continuously.

Ning Que didn't understand. He and Sangsang entered the golden pond. Although the Buddha lights also made them feel a little uncomfortable, how could they feel extremely painful and terrified like the green lion?

Why do these Buddhas and Bodhisattvas dare not enter the golden ponds around the snow-capped mountains? If it is a ban set by the Buddha, how can there be a special reason for the successors of believers?

Sangsang said: "There is at least one thing in the academy that is right. The Buddha Sect is indeed very disgusting."

The Buddha's Nirvana enters the quantum superposition state. Because these Buddhas and Bodhisattvas exist, the Buddha in Nirvana does not have very strong self-protection ability, so it is strictly forbidden for the disciples of the Buddha Sect to approach the snow mountain.

Thousands of golden ponds surrounding the snow-capped mountains are the ban set by the Buddha.

He is also so vigilant about the most devout believers and successors... Ning Que sighed a little, thinking that even if he could really avoid Haotian's eyes and exist forever, what's the point?

He had excellent eyesight and could see the monk on the back of the green lion, and he couldn't help but wonder, would the Buddha become this monk if he were among sentient beings?

"If the Buddha was in the wilderness at this time, could he not lift his ban?"

"No, because the Buddha who was the one who set up the ban was not the Buddha who is now."

"What are the benefits of setting such a difficult problem for yourself?"

"The advantage is that the Buddha in the Nirvana state never needs to worry about being awakened."

"We're here, we've woken him up."

"The Buddha did not expect that we could come here, and even if we came, it would not affect his state, because we are not Bodhisattvas or Buddhas, and we cannot compete with him for the belief in the Buddha Sect."

Ning Que looked at the young monk on the green lion and suddenly had a thought.

Sangsang directly rejected his thoughts and said, "The Buddha is uncertain, so naturally he cannot have the true power of Dharma, but even if he turns into a Bodhisattva, how can you kill him?"

Ning Que said, "I'm not sad, either of those Buddhas and Bodhisattvas can't get in."

Sangsang said: "But I am gradually weakening. If I continue to be stalemate like this, I will die."

"I've said it many times, I won't let you die."

Ning Que looked at the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the wilderness and said with a smile: "The arrival of these people and what you just said proves that my guess is correct."

"Even if you guessed it right, this snow mountain is the Buddha's nature of Buddha, you can't change the current situation because you can't kill the Buddha."

"Why must the Buddha be killed?"

Ning Que walked to the nearest pond, pulled out an iron knife to cut off a few branches of the willows, then put down the knife, sat under the willow tree and began to weave continuously. He wanted to weave something, his movements were a little clumsy.

Sangsang asked, "What do you want to make up?"

Ning Que said: "I want to make a knife,

Sangsang thought for a while and said, "I'll do it."

Ning Que smiled and handed over control of his body.

In Yanming Lake's house, Sangsang's favorite thing was to pick weeping willows by the lake to make small objects. Soon a cute willow knife appeared in his hand.

Sangsang returned his body to him and asked, "What are you doing with a willow knife?"

I would rather smile without answering and cut off a lotus flower.

He used lotus flowers to fill some clear water in the pond, slightly poured the lotus branches, and poured the clear water in the flowers onto the iron knife. The iron knife suddenly became extremely sharp, with a mixed golden color and a rich Buddhist meaning.

After doing these strange things, he walked towards the snow-capped mountains with Sangsang's body on his back, holding a big black umbrella in one hand and an iron knife in the other.

Sangsang said, "What are you going to do?...If you don't answer this time, I will kill you."

Ning Que said, "I want to see the Buddha."

Sangsang said, "Why do you want to see the Buddha? And you have already seen it."

Ning Que said: "I have told you a long time ago that seeing Buddha is to cultivate Buddha. If you don't cultivate Buddha, how can you eliminate the three poisons of greed, anger, and ignorance in your body? How can you tear the dark sky apart?"

Sangsang asked, "Do you really want to practice Buddhism?"

Ning Que said, "If you can't kill the Buddha, I will practice Buddha. I will take away his Buddha nature and cultivate myself into a Buddha. If I ask all the students to come to me, what can the Buddha do to me?"

Sangsang was a little confused and asked, "How do you plan to...make yourself a Buddha?"

"I had already thought about this matter, and I had thought about it before crossing the river."

Ning Que came to a certain cliff square, took off Sangsang's body, raised his dark and heavy iron knife, and slashed hard at the ground of the cliff square, and said, "I will practice this Buddha again."

"Is this what you mean by practicing Buddhism?"

"Cultivating Buddha...isn't it just to re-repair the Buddha?"

"The academy always thinks about things so weird?"

"The second senior brother is also practicing Buddhism, but his practice is fighting, and I am really practicing."

Ning Que cut off the cliff floor in a row, and began to cut the stones protruding on the edge, saying proudly: "The Buddha's toes are too wide, so I have to be more delicate."
