011 Trolls and Lizardmen

There are many types of dragons in Arcadia, but they are generally divided into two types in human cognition.

The one with a stronger sense of presence is the evil colored dragon, and the other is the metal dragon that is in the good camp and is relatively easy to get along with.

I heard that there is also a kind of gem dragon, but because there are few witnesses, it is generally not talked about.

Cassiopeia, the Mother of Thorns, and the red dragon on the Sulfur Mountains are both a type of chromatic dragon, and in addition there are three types: blue dragon, black dragon and white dragon.

Therefore, the color dragon is also called the five-color dragon by some people.

Most chromatic dragons are evil and selfish extreme egoists. Aggression, greed, and arrogance are synonymous with them. They like to use fear to oppress all creatures, even if the other party is the same kind of dragon.

Greed is the core essence of chromatic dragons. They are obsessed with treasures and like all kinds of shiny gems and enchanted equipment.

They believe they have a right to all the wealth in the world, no matter who the previous owner was.

Therefore, chromatic dragons will not hesitate at all when plundering the wealth of other creatures, and will even massacre villages and annihilate clans for a few gold coins.

The bad reputation of chromatic dragons and the number of treasure troves that grow in parallel with their fame naturally make them the protagonists of most dragon slaying stories.

Metal dragons are very different from chromatic dragons. Although they desire wealth just like chromatic dragons, they are not overly influenced by greed.

They are obsessed with studying cultural relics that no one cares about, and some metal dragons will even use part of the wealth in the treasure trove for righteousness for their allies, so the reputation of metal dragons in Arcadia is pretty good.

Because they are in completely different camps and have completely opposite beliefs and ideas, most chromatic dragons and metal dragons dislike each other.

It is common to start fights upon meeting, and there have even been several large-scale real dragon battles between the two camps in the history of Arcadia.

Just like some metal dragons like to persuade chromatic dragons to turn around and fall into the arms of the good camp, some chromatic dragons also like to see self-proclaimed righteous metal dragons degenerate into evil minions.

Coincidentally, Cassiopeia is one of them. She likes to see the self-proclaimed good race become black and degenerate, and eventually join forces with evil. It would be even better if she could become her minion.

During these hundreds of years, she also successfully corrupted some good-aligned races such as elves and giant eagles and became her dependents.

And a young silver dragon, as long as it waits for a few decades, may become a good fighting force.

Although this silver dragon looks a little weird, and maybe his bloodline is not pure, and seems to have some red dragon blood mixed in, it also means that he is more easily corrupted by himself.

Thinking of this, Cassiopeia quickly called over her top thug, an ugly troll that was over four meters tall. This guy was the leader of the troll clan in the Legion of Thorns.

This green troll is covered in pustules and has twisted scars everywhere.

This guy seems to have mutated and actually has four arms of different lengths. This makes him look very weird, but no one would think that he is a troublesome master.

"Kamiya, here we come!"

The troll lay awkwardly on the ground. For his brain, which was probably no bigger than a walnut, this was already the most respectful gesture.

Trolls are like a disaster to any place. Their innate terrible appetite will drive them to devour anything they can catch.

So no matter where they are, they will eat up everything available around them, which may even include members of their own race.

Moreover, the regeneration ability of trolls is very terrifying. Even breaking the bones of trolls, cutting off their ligaments or even chopping off their heads will only anger them instead of killing them.

Therefore, trolls are also enemies that many adventurers and even monsters are unwilling to face.

They have low intelligence and uncontrollable greed, but are happy to work for powerful creatures, such as giants or dragons.

So Cassiopeia easily conquered Kamia and his tribe at the cost of providing them with sufficient food.

In the Norland Forest, lowly and overpopulated kobolds and wild boars are everywhere, and they will not be a burden.

What's more, trolls are not picky eaters, even hard and sharp thorn bushes can give them a full meal when they are hungry.

As the top thug of the Nest of Thorns, the troll Kamia should be completely enough to deal with a silver baby dragon. Of course, this refers to a normally developing baby dragon.

Cassiopeia was a little worried about whether this guy could complete the tasks assigned to him on his own. If this idiot who only knew how to eat and fight chewed up the baby dragon as a nutritious lunch, his work would be in vain.

So Cassiopeia called another rare monster with some brains, the leader of the lizardman clan, Shasharu.

The lizardman clan is also a relatively peripheral member of the Attack Legion. The scales of this lizardman leader, who has already gone through half of his life, are showing signs of turning white, but his eyes are bright and rare among monsters.

His body shape is not outstanding, not even as good as the outstanding warriors of the same race, but his brain is rare. Even if he is not as smart as a human being, he is really amazing among a group of monsters with low IQs.

.

This is why Cassiopeia didn't like him very much but still called him over.

The leader of the lizardmen, Shasharu, put down the tattered wooden sword in his hand, knelt on one knee in front of Cassiopeia's throne, and patiently listened to the Mother of Thorns' request.

"As you wish, my master!"

Shashalu walked out of the Nest of Thorns with some sadness, and behind him was Kamia, who tilted her head and didn't look very smart.

Although this fierce troll could still remember the mission assigned by its master, Shashalu found it hard to believe how long his walnut-sized brain could remember it.

Shashalu did not bring the lizardman clan warriors with him on this mission. He did not want his little ones to be torn to pieces by this stupid troll.

Who knows if this guy can withstand the troll's terrifying appetite that is constantly behaving like a monster.

Anyway, it is this idiot who will be responsible for dealing with the baby dragon at that time. As for how much effort it takes, it has nothing to do with him. He only needs to finally bring the baby dragon back.

Nolan Forest is very large, and it takes a lot of time to walk from the center of the Nest of Thorns to the outermost areas.

Shashalu was old and was not suitable for continuous long-distance trekking, so after the sun set and the moon rose, he chose to rest under a tree.

Originally Shashalu wanted to ride on the giant eagle, but the huge size of the troll Kamiya made the giant eagle unable to bear the burden.

What's more, if he is allowed to encounter a giant eagle, perhaps treating it as dinner is the right way to eat it instead of using it as a mount.

The troll Kamia was gnawing at everything he could eat around him. Poisonous insects, beasts, and even branches and stones were stuffed into his stomach.

This made Shashalu feel even more that he made the right choice in not bringing along other warriors from the clan.

As for Otto, he and Sophia, who did not realize that their whereabouts had been exposed, lay in the cave and slept soundly.
