Chapter 26 Giant Python
The fireball directly hit the giant snake's head, shattering it, and its huge head broke into a big mouth, but the giant python was not killed.
Jiang Ran couldn't dodge and was swept out by the struggling snake tail and smashed to the ground. However, her physical fitness is very high now and does not cause much burden on her body.
Ji Qingcheng, who was running desperately, was shocked by the explosion. The four of them stopped and wanted to look back at Jiang Ran's situation but heard her voice coming.
"Why are you standing there?"
"Run."
Hearing Jiang Ran's voice and confirming that she was still alive and full of energy, the four of them knew that she was sure, so they speeded up and ran down the mountain.
Seeing that everyone ran away, the python was also stunned. Before he could come back from the shock, Jiang Ran threw two fireballs one after another and smashed them at the giant python.
Bang!
Bang.
Two explosions sounded one after another. Before the giant python could react, its head was blown up and bloomed, but its body was not dead. Because the pain he felt was swinging violently, the nearby trees were knocked down by snakes.
But Jiang Ran ignored the giant python and turned around and ran down the mountain.
Without a head, the giant python will die sooner or later, but because of its unique body structure, the body will die a little slower, which will no longer pose a threat to Jiang Ran and the others.
Without the threat of the giant python, Jiang Ran was not in a hurry. He walked slowly down the mountain with a flashlight. Ji Qingcheng and others ran to the foot of the mountain, but Jiang Ran did not follow him. They were all so anxious.
Ji Qinglin kept looking up the mountain and murmured, "Why haven't you come down yet? There won't be any trouble. When we ran, it seemed that there were two more explosions."
Yu Xiaowan murmured silently, "Don't have anything wrong."
Ji Qingcheng frowned, regretting not listening to Jiang Ran. Guan Song comforted his wife while staring at the movements on the mountain.
Bang bang bang.
The sound of snake tails hitting trees and the ground kept coming from the mountain. Several people thought Jiang Ran and the giant python were fighting hard and became more anxious.
Yu Xiaowan said: "No, she can't deal with the python alone."
Ji Qinglin also nodded repeatedly, "We have to think of a way. Sister Jiang Ran will die if this continues."
"Fire." Ji Qingcheng said firmly: "Cook the fire from the village, and we will take the fire up the mountain. There will definitely be a way to repel the giant python."
"Okay, that's the decision."
Guan Song nodded in agreement, and the four of them hurriedly returned to the village. After a while, each of them returned with a torch.
Just as they were about to go up the mountain, the dark forest sounded, and the four of them immediately became alert, and then a light shone out from the grass and woods.
Ji Qinglin tried to shout, "Sister Jiang Ran?"
"It's me." Seeing the four ignited torches, Jiang Ran knew that Ji Qingcheng and the other four were responding quickly.
"It's really Sister Jiang Ran."
Ji Qinglin was very surprised and hurriedly greeted him with a torch. Jiang Ran also walked down the mountain and appeared in front of the four people.
Yu Xiaowan quickly stepped forward, held Jiang Ran's arm and looked up and down. Seeing that she was not injured, she patted her chest and breathed a sigh of relief, "You didn't follow you down the mountain, the giant python was making a big noise, and we were almost scared to death."
Ji Qinglin also came over, "Sister Jiang Ran, we all plan to go up the mountain to find you and fight with the giant python."
"It's fine."
Ji Qingcheng said with a smile, and Guan Song nodded. The two of them didn't talk much, but the concern in their eyes was not like fake.
Feeling everyone's concern, Jiang Ran felt warm in her heart. Since childhood, no one has ever given her such sincere concern.
Jiang Ran held Yu Xiaowan's hand, looked at everyone and said, "Thank you, I'm fine."
Listening to the movements coming from the mountain, Guan Song reminded: "Let's leave quickly. If the giant python comes down from the mountain, we won't be able to run away."
"Oh yes, let's go."
"Go away quickly, go away quickly."
Everyone hurriedly held up the torches and walked towards the village. Ji Qingcheng looked back and felt that the movement of the python was not right, but he couldn't figure out what was wrong.
Shaking his head and shook his doubts away, he hurriedly followed everyone.
The fire in the village became bigger and bigger, and the survivors also reacted and hurriedly drew water to put out the fire. Buckets of water in the rural wells kept transporting to the burning houses.
Soon, Jiang Ran and his friends also ran over and joined the fire-fighting team.
The temperature during the day is as high as 60 degrees. If the fire cannot be extinguished in time, the fire will burn to unimaginable when the temperature rises at dawn, and nearby mountains, forests and villages will not be spared.
Seeing the fire here, the migrant crowd behind us also rushed over to help lift water to put out the fire.
Hundreds of people worked hard all night, pouring clean water on one bucket after another, and finally putting out the fire in the village, and many people were burned by the flames.
Jiang Ran lay tiredly on the ground, sweat wet her clothes. She put the towel into the bucket next to her and twisted a handful of water to wipe her face, and then lay on the ground in a large shape without moving.
Ji Qingcheng and the others were also lying down and closed their eyes tiredly.
When everyone woke up, it was already dawn and their sweaty clothes were dry, and the entire village turned into a ruined ruin.
Under the burning of the fire, the terrifying remains were basically invisible, leaving only black ashes on the ground.
Seeing that everyone's faces were covered with dust, as if they had just dug coal, Ji Qinglin laughed out loud, "Hahaha, are you going to Heizhou to dig coal?"
Everyone looked at Ji Qinglin and couldn't help laughing. The laughter infected everyone else around. Everyone looked at me and I looked at you, and they burst into laughter. The hazy village ushered in a brief joy.
After laughter, everyone fetched water from the well to clean it, and then continued to set foot on the road to the provincial capital.
Jiang Ran cleaned her body with water. She was knocked away by a giant python last night. She had a lot of bruises on her body. She wiped some slap ointment and changed into clean clothes.
Ji Qingcheng and the other four also took water to wash. They were busy rushing to the road these two days and sweated a lot. In addition, the fire was put out last night, so their bodies and clothes were already smelly.
After everyone finished taking a shower, changed into clean clothes and had enough food and drink, the five people followed the large army to continue to go to the provincial capital.
The temperature was relatively cool in the morning, so everyone worked hard to rush to the road. They hid under the shade of trees until the temperature rose by around 9 o'clock, and then continued to rush to the road when it was cool in the evening.
Fortunately, we did not encounter evolutionary creatures again during the next journey. The five people concentrated on their journey and gradually became the heads of the migrant population, getting closer and closer to the provincial capital.
A few days later.
The large migrant troops were moving slowly along the highway. The blue street signs ahead showed that they were about to enter the provincial capital. Everyone was very happy and unconsciously accelerated their pace, as if they could see the light immediately.
Everyone was full of expectations and continued to follow the large army forward. However, after walking for more than an hour, they were still walking on the road without seeing the end at all.
Jiang Ran took out his mobile phone and turned on the broadcast reception function to see if there were any messages such as migrants or guiding the direction, but there was nothing, and there was only the sizzling sound of electric current in the mobile phone.
