Jingjing is back (by the way, I wish everyone a new year)
I was still very passionate when I started writing "Gem King". With the arrival of the publisher's opinion, the book was full of hardships and could hardly be written according to my own wishes. I changed it left and right four times.
After four rewrites, I had no idea about this book.
What is currently published is the manuscripts dealing with with the publishing house, with a total of 300,000 words, and the finale of the whole book.
The editor of the publisher was so angry that I was so tired that I vomited blood.
After the end of "The King of Gems", I opened a book called "The Fierce God", but I used a vest to open it, just wanting to breathe a sigh of relief and practice writing.
"The Evil God" is 1.6 million words, and it was finished in five months. I started writing a new book in October 2007.
In fact, it is not considered writing a new book. I kept writing at home, but I didn’t post it either.
In the past six months, I have written seven topics, each topic four or five times, and each time I only wrote 60,000 words.
I didn’t publish a book, and I wanted to write it myself at home. If I feel bad, it will end. It shouldn’t be painful for readers.
The editor was in pain. My editor Changtian was almost in pain. Every time I took out a 60,000 word, he commented a few words, and then asked me if I would sign the contract, I would have no further text and submit a new book next week.
Just reading new books for me, my editor-in-chief Brother T, editor-in-chief Changtian, Qidian Market editor Feng Lin, Xinchang's editor Liushui, and several hard-core book friends... I read millions of words in almost half a year. They all have no ending.
The most powerful book has written 500,000 words. It was decided to issue it on January 18, 2008, but I withdrew it in the last week because I felt that I had written it wrong.
I write tens of thousands of words every day, and sometimes I write twenty thousand words a day, and I just write it like that. I think about it, and half a year has passed in a flash, and I actually wrote two million words of aborted manuscript.
Each broken book will collect various feedbacks, and sometimes you have to go deep into the editor. The book friends will have an in-depth analysis. The analysis and discussion between me and the editor alone adds up to more than 10,000 words.
Based on the principle of innovation and breakthrough, the eighth topic was written five times, and the fifth edition was finally coming out.
I don't know if this version will be released.
If it is posted, it will be finished. If it is not posted, it means that I don’t think the book is well written.
If I publish a book on February 20, it means that I have not found any major mistakes or flaws yet.
In fact, I have been staring at the fifth version of the eighth topic these two days, looking left and right, and found two errors, or the technique control errors, and one problem is still very big, I wonder if readers will feel it.
I will definitely feel that you can find this problem by browsing it once. Actually, I also know how to deal with it, just write the sixth edition.
I wonder, if I rewritten the sixth time, wouldn't there be any problem?
Keep thinking about it for a day and change to a simpler approach, hoping to make up for all the mistakes.
Well, I need to add that it is not a simple plot issue, but a question of novel skills. For example, should this character appear, and does it affect the reader's sense of substitution?
Chapter completed!
