1. The Sino-Japanese Treaty of Shimonoseki

The remaining amount shall be paid annually in six times, and the law shall be listed below: the annual amount shall be paid within two years, the second time 5 years, the third time 5 years

The second is paid within six years, and the sixth is paid within seven years, and the annual share will be calculated after the exchange of the original agreement approved. After the first compensation is paid, the unpaid amount shall be added to five interest per 100 per year. However, whenever the compensation shall be paid in full or a few points, the payment shall be paid in advance, and it shall be subject to China's convenience. If the payment can be paid in full within three years from the date of ratification of the agreement, the interest paid in full is paid within two and a half years, or less than two and a half years, and the remaining interest will be deducted from the payment of the original bank.

After the fifth paragraph of this agreement is approved for exchange, within two years, Japan shall allow the people of China to transfer to the local area outside the transfer to the local area and sell all industries and withdraw from the boundaries. Article 7: If the Japanese army is currently stationed in China, it shall be withdrawn within three months after the approval of the exchange of this agreement, but it shall be handled as stipulated in the following paragraph.

After the ninth paragraph of this agreement is ratified for exchange, the two countries should return all prisoners, and the Chinese agreement will be returned to prisoners by Japan, and will not be abused. If it is put in a crime, it may be punished.

China will release Japanese subjects who believe that military spies or are suspected of being arrested. During this battle, all Chinese subjects involved in Japanese troops will be lenient and injured. The department will not be arrested.

The tenth paragraph shall be subject to the war from the date of approval of the exchange of this agreement.

The eleventh paragraph is originally scheduled to be exchanged in Yantai on April 14, 20th, the 28th year of the Meiji Empire, after approval by His Majesty the Great Emperor of the Qing Empire and His Majesty the Great Emperor of the Great Japanese Empire.

2. "Sino-Japan Treaty of Southern Liao"
