33, Chapter 33(1/2)

Lao Yuan's fracture was not too serious and did not require surgery. The doctor fixed it and he rested.

When the director and several teachers rushed to the hospital, Huo Ran and Kou Chen were helping Lao Yuan out of the consultation room one by one.

"Has it been handled?" the director asked, "So quickly?"

"Do you want me to have an operation and stay in the hospital for a few more days?" Lao Yuan smiled.

The director was not at ease and ran into the room again to ask the doctor about the situation. Then he came out and said, "I'll drive over here and take you home first."

"It's okay. Let's go back to school first," Lao Yuan said. "If something like this happened, the students in the class will definitely not be at ease."

"It's already dinner time," the director said, "What can we do if we make them uneasy all night? These two boys won't keep silent when they go back, so they will definitely say something."

"We have been giving feedback in the group for a long time," Kou Chen said. "Everyone in the class is relieved to know that you are not serious. If you have anything to say, we can talk about it tomorrow."

"The sports meeting is about to begin..." Lao Yuan said.

"I guarantee that you will get first place in all the projects Huo Ran and I signed up for," Kou Chen said, "Don't worry about this."

"That's what you two said." Lao Yuan pointed at them.

"We both said so." Kou Chen nodded.

Huo Ran looked at him.

Lao Yuan's house was not in the same direction as the school, so the director gave them some money and asked them to take a taxi back to school.

Kou Chen didn't refuse this time. He took the money and watched the director's car leave.

Standing on the side of the road and watching the car disappear at the other end of the road, he suddenly came back to his senses: "I didn't say that!"

"Huh?" Kou Chen turned to look at him, "Didn't you say anything?"

"When did I say I was guaranteed to get first place?" Huo Ran said.

"Didn't you say it?" Kou Chen asked seriously, almost suppressing the smile on his lips.

"Do you know what event we signed up for? Are you here to guarantee first place?" Huo Ran glared at him, "100! 400! 1000! Triple jump! High jump! Relay! Don't you know there are other events in our school?

A sports student?"

"Isn't Zhou Haichao just a sports student?" Kou Chen put his arm on his shoulder and looked at him, "Do you think I can't beat him?"

"It depends on what you do," Huo Ran said, "I know you are good at fighting, but I don't know if you can do anything else."

"No," Kou Chen stared at him, "Huo Ranran, usually I really think you are a very serious person... Why are you like this..."

Huo Ran glanced at him and couldn't help but laugh: "Who told you that I am quite serious."

"I feel that." Kou Chen said.

"The clothes are too thick, so they don't feel right," Huo Ran said.

"It's possible." Kou Chen put his hand into his clothes and touched it, "That way..."

"Go away." Huo Ran said, "Want to take a taxi? Go back to school."

"Let's find a place to eat," Kou Chen said, "I'm a little excited today and don't want to go back to school."

"You won't come back at night?" Huo Ran asked in surprise.

"Let's talk after eating. Do you want to go back to school?" Kou Chen hung on him and stretched, "If you want to go back, go back first."

"Let's eat first," Huo Ran took out his phone and looked at it, "Do you want to ask them to come out to eat?"

"Stop barking," Kou Chen scratched his head a few times, "I want to be alone with you. They will definitely make trouble again when they come, and my head will hurt."

Huo Ran didn't expect that the place Kou Chen mentioned about finding a place to eat could be found so far away.

The school was in the east, so Kou Chen took a taxi and went straight to the west city, spanning half of the city.

Huo Ran sat in the car and felt that the road ahead was long. The driver kept listening to Buddhist music and humming Armani music, and his eyelids kept fighting.

Kou Chen is different.

Kou Chen fell asleep directly.

Moreover, the sleeping position is very unsightly and unreasonable, and it is unreasonable to use him as a pillow.

She put her arm around him, put her head on his shoulder, and pulled off the hat of his coat for support, and fell asleep soundly.

Considering the friendship of many fights together, Huo Ran did not push him away and leaned against the car door in a daze.

In fact, he wanted to sleep quite a bit, but in Kou Chen's position, if he fell asleep and relaxed, he would have to roll on the floor.

"Hey." Huo Ran sighed and turned to look at Kou Chen.

This angle happened to be looking down from Kou Chen's forehead. I usually didn't pay much attention to it, but after taking a look like this, I realized that Kou Chen's eyelashes were surprisingly long.

"Holy shit," he couldn't help but exclaim in a low voice, "Did you wear false eyelashes today?"

Kou Chen fell asleep.

Huo Ran looked at it for a while, then looked at the driver's side. After making sure that he couldn't be seen in the rearview mirror, he blew on Kou Chen's eyelashes.

Kou Chen didn't respond.

He blew again, this time harder, and almost lost control and blew the saliva into Kou Chen's face.

Kou Chen still didn't respond.

On how boring a person can be.

Huo Ran stretched out his hand, very carefully grabbed the eyelashes of Kou Chen's left eye, and then gently pulled them out.

Kou Chen's eyelids were pulled up and then popped back.

Huo Ran couldn't help laughing, but he didn't dare to make a sound. He could only lean back on the chair and tremble silently.

"I'm so damn short of hands." Kou Chen said suddenly.

"Hey!" Huo Ran was startled and looked at him quickly, "Kou Chen?"

"If I really slept to death, I don't know what you could do." Kou Chen didn't move, still holding him in the same position as before, and his voice was very sober.

"Are you dead or not asleep?" Huo Ran asked.

"I didn't sleep to death," Kou Chen said, "I woke up when you spit in my face."

"...I didn't vomit!" Huo Ran retorted in shock, "I just blew a breath!"

The driver of the car in front accidentally laughed out loud.

Huo Ran glanced over there, stared at Kou Chen awkwardly, and lowered his voice: "You are looking for death."

"Is it long?" Kou Chen asked.

"What..." Huo Ran was stunned for a moment, "Long."

"Did you just find out today?" Kou Chen yawned, turned over, and stopped hugging him. He turned around and leaned on him. When he habitually raised his legs to push the car door, he probably realized that this was not the case.

His car put his foot down again.

"Yes, I usually don't pay attention," Huo Ran said, "Are you wearing false eyelashes?"

"If I really wear false eyelashes, if you dare to pull them like that, you will be dead, understand," Kou Chen said, "Those things will fall off as soon as you pull them off."

"...Have you ever pulled Kou Xiao's false eyelashes?" Huo Ran reacted immediately.

Kou Chen didn't say anything. He leaned against him and had fun for a long time before nodding: "Damn, he almost beat me to death."

The store that Kou Chen brought him to was located next to the most pretentious bar street at the back of the most prosperous commercial district in Xicheng.

It is a small hot pot restaurant for one person.

Each person has a mini stone pot.

When Kou Chen got on the bus at the hospital, he called and booked a booth for two, otherwise he wouldn't even be able to share a table when he arrived now.

The waiter took them to the lobby and through the corridor to the innermost corridor. Their booth was at the end of the corridor.

The floor-to-ceiling windows next to it can see the outside. Although it is only on the second floor, outside is the backyard of the hotel. The layout of mountains, rocks and flowing water makes it quite quiet.

"Honestly," Huo Ran sat down, looked around, leaned over the table and leaned towards Kou Chen, and whispered, "Did you bring someone here when you were chasing a girl?"

"Why did you say that?" Kou Chen also held up the table and approached him and asked.

"I just feel like it's quite suitable here." Huo Ran said.

"Then you can bring girls here in the future." Kou Chen curled his lips.

"There's no one to take with me," Huo Ran leaned back in his chair, "At the class meeting that day, seeing how lively they were talking, I was quite disappointed because I actually had nothing to say."

Kou Chen laughed, and after a while he said, "I used to come here to eat alone."

"Alone?" Huo Ran looked at him, "You don't look like someone who would go out to eat alone."

"Didn't I tell you that I didn't have any friends before? They were just a bunch of random friends," Kou Chen said. "After coming to your school, Brother Chuan and Superman are my friends, and then you guys."

"Oh." Huo Ran nodded, "How does it feel to eat alone?"

"What we are eating is not rice..." Kou Chen said.

"It's lonely, no need to say it." Huo Ran interrupted him.
