Chapter 3 Visiting Zhu Jun

Lu Chou came to Zhu Jun's mansion, but it was not big. It looked no different from that of ordinary people.

However, the seemingly ordinary mansion, Lu Chou, could taste a sensation. If Lu Chou hadn't experienced several wars, he wouldn't have seen it.

Lu Chou came to the door, but gently buckled the door a few times.

An old man with one eye came out and saw Lu Chou as old as he saw him, but he did not neglect at all. Instead, he asked: "I don't know who sir is looking for?"

When Lu Chou heard this, he asked, "Can General Zhu Jun be in the mansion?"

The old man was surprised when Lu Chou wanted to find General Zhu Jun. However, he still said, "General Zhu went to the court early this morning to meet the emperor. He has not returned to the mansion yet. I don't know what my friend is looking for General Zhu, so I can inform him on his behalf."

When Lu Chou heard this, he couldn't help but shake his head in disappointment and said, "No need."

Then, with Zhu Huan and Liu Pi, the barbarian turned around and was about to leave.

The old man asked hurriedly: "I don't know if I can inform you of the name. When the general comes back, I can also inform him."

Lu Chou thought about it and felt that what the old man said made sense, so he said, "Old sir, just tell General Zhu, Wu Jun Lu Chou to come to see him."

The old man was stunned when he heard Lu Chou telling his house, and said, "My friend is Xun's disciple, Lu Chou Lu Ziyu?"

When Lu Chou heard this, he couldn't help but be surprised. He knew that he was famous, but he didn't know that he was so famous. Even the old man who was guarding the gate knew his reputation.

However, Lu Chou still said humbly: "It's Lu Ziyu."

When the old man heard this, he hurriedly said, "Mr. Ziyu, please stay."

When Lu Chou heard this, he couldn't help but look back in confusion and look at the old man.

The old man bowed respectfully and said, "The general once said when he came back that he met a genius who was invincible during the march. This genius made great contributions to the great victory in the fight against the Yellow Turbans. Now, I really admire him when I see him."

When Lu Chou saw the old man bowing, he hurriedly helped him up and said, "Old man, this is not possible. I am younger than you in terms of age and older than you in terms of qualifications. Look at the master's killing spirit, I must have been the old general who fought on the battlefield in the past, and Ziyu could not bear the old man's bow."

When the old man heard Lu Chou say that he was a long-time general, he couldn't help feeling a little sad, but then he returned to his normal expression and said, "My friend is indeed a genius. He can actually see through his old identity. It's nothing more than the general praising me like this."

Lu Chou asked in confusion: "How does General Zhu praise me?"

The old man smiled and said, "General Zhu once told us that Guan Zhong and Le Yi are not like this in this world."

When Lu Chou heard this, he said modestly: "Ziyu is talented and knowledgeable, and he cannot afford to be a general's praise."

The old man smiled and said, "Young friend, don't be polite. The general told me before leaving. If the young friend comes, he will be taken to the inner hall to wait. The general has been there for some time, and he must be back soon."

Lu Chou originally wanted to refuse, but when he thought of Gu Yong responding to Cai Yong, he felt relieved and went into the inner hall to wait for General Zhu's return.

So Lu Chou said respectfully: "Then I'll have a hard time."

The old man made a gesture of inviting him, then led the way ahead and led Lu Chou and his group to the inner hall.

On the way, Zhu Huan asked curiously: "Old sir, I wonder why your eyes are blind?"

When the old man heard Zhu Huan's words, his face changed for a moment, but then he returned to his normal expression.

However, these subtle changes were seen by Lu Chou. Lu Chou was secretly shocked and said to himself: "This old man is also a person with a story."

Immediately, Lu Chou hurriedly said, "Old man, don't be surprised. My friend is just outspoken and says whatever he thinks. If the old man is inconvenient to answer, then there is no need to say it."

After saying this, Lu Chou seemed to be talking to himself: "Everyone has something that he doesn't want others to know."

The old man couldn't help but feel a little strange when he heard Lu Chou's words that seemed to contain vicissitudes, and it didn't seem like what a child under ten years old said.

However, the old man immediately thought that Lu Chou himself was also extraordinary, so he could only explain this situation as extraordinary.

However, the old man sighed and said, "There is nothing that cannot be said."

Then, the old man pointed to his left eye and said, "This was the bandits who shot blind on the road to protect General Zhu."

When Zhu Huan heard the old man's words, he couldn't help but feel silent. He could protect Zhu Yan, at least he was General Zhu's personal guard.

A personal guard has to be selected from many strokes.

However, such a good soldier who can fight was blind and completely ruined.

Zhu Huan couldn't help but sigh.

However, this is a troubled time, and the fittest survive. No matter how powerful you were before, as long as you fall into trouble once, you may never stand up.

After Zhu Huan's question, the atmosphere seemed to become a little awkward in an instant, and the old man also left several leaders in the inner hall.

Only Lu Chou, Zhu Huan, Liu Pi and Barbarian were present.

But the few people didn't know what to say for a while.

The first person to speak was the always clever barbarian.

The barbarian asked quietly: "Lord, have you discovered some strange places just now?"

Lu Chou glanced at the barbarian in confusion, then seemed to have thought of something, and said, "It's nothing strange. These injured veterans have devoted themselves to the army all their lives and will do nothing except war. If they were allowed to fend for themselves in the city, I'm afraid most of them have become street beggars now."

The barbarian nodded and said, "I know this. However, some of these wounded soldiers are still combat-capable, but they are also servants here. Don't they find it strange?"

When Lu Chou heard the words of the barbarian, he naturally knew what the barbarian wanted to say, but he shouted decisively: "Barbarian, be careful of his words!"
