Chapter 6 Dage Temple

Jady Saker quietly followed the half-elf Fiery Flame and the others, and they settled in a valley.

The dream forest does not have large monsters, but the ground shape is very complex. Some appear to be like swamp duckweed that looks green grass, and some are trapped in the valley that is deep in the hundred feet. The river water in the valley comes from active craters and has a strong corrosion type. Except for the red-topped flamingos, no creature can enter the water.

Half-elf flames settled them, and carried her green battle bow and looked for her target alone.

Her father was a forest elf. He fell in love with a human woman. Shortly after the woman gave birth to Chiyan, she suffered from serious illness. Her husband took her to seek medical treatment everywhere, but she could not help her recover. Finally, he heard the legend about Goddess Daji and came to the Dream Forest with his dwarf friend Ibek.

Finally, only the dwarf Ibek returned to Iron Fortress and adopted Chiyan as his biological daughter. The forest elf and his seriously ill wife were missing from then on.

When Chi Yan grew up, he accidentally heard his adoptive father and his wife telling about her parents' affairs back then, and secretly ran out to find the whereabouts of her biological parents. Here, she met Prince Martin and his group who escaped from the Kingdom of Cloa and promised to help them.

Half-elf Chi Flame understands some magic of the elves, and is also an archer. She carries a small pocket with her. Every time she walks, she opens her pocket and releases many tiny green flying insects, allowing these flying insects to explore the way for her and search for any powerful monsters nearby. So Jady Saker had to be more careful and concealed her whereabouts.

Beside her slender waist, there were two small silver kettles, leaf-shaped kettles made of sterling silver, but she had never used them to drink water. These were just two souvenirs, created by the dwarf Ibek for the couple when her parents got married.

It is said that this has a special magic effect on the silver kettle. However, Chi Yan asked her adoptive father, and Ibek just smiled and told her not to drink the water from the two silver kettles at the same time, but refused to tell her what the kettle was really useful.

Ibek stroked his beard and smiled happily at her, saying, "My Yanyan baby, I will tell you when you grow up and get married." So Chiyan had to bring the relics of the parents with him with curiosity.

She seemed to have discovered something, Jady Saker followed from afar, watching her continuously release the pathfinder elves, and then move forward along the valley and jungle, and finally she stopped in front of Yimian Mountain.

The stones in the valley are burnt black, and this mountain is no exception. The dark and highly cracked and corrosive river water flows here and turns eastward. On the opposite side of the river, there is a dark hole, which is looming in the evaporation of the river's hot air, just like a bloody mouth hanging upside down.

A temple of gods would be built in such a place? Jady Saker was a little confused, but he looked from behind from a distance. Because he was far away, he could see the shape of the entire mountain clearly. He suddenly found that the mountain was a bit strange. There was a crack at the upper end of the cave that was hanging upside down like a bat, leading directly to the top of the mountain, as if it was torn apart by a huge force, left and right apart.

The crack is not big, and the rocks inside are intertwined, so it is impossible to pass even if you climb in. However, it is hard to say whether there is a different world in the dark hole below. With the crack of this cave as the center line, the smooth black mountain on the whole side is divided into two sides, with a portrait on each side, and a huge portrait carved from the entire mountain as a canvas.

Two huge stone carvings, the one on the left, looks carefully, is a strange image of a wolf-headed human body. He holds a huge scepter in his hand. The top of the scepter is a huge protrusion on the top of the rock on the left. His body is painted with traces of the rock. There are several huge rocks superimposed on the other hand, which looks like a stack of books from a distance.

The image on the right is a god with an eagle-headed snake-shaped body and five-clawed claws. He wears a crown and displays a pair of huge and weird wings. In this rarely visited place, there are two such magnificent stone rock carvings. It is conceivable that there are indeed some unknown secrets here.

Excited, Jady quietly approached a little, and the half-elf-like flames with sensitive eyes and eyes were fully focused on the stone wall carvings, so she didn't notice it at all.

Most elves believe in the goddess of nature, and the half-elf flaming flame is no exception. Although she grew up in the Iron Fortress, she did not believe in the gods forged by the dwarves. The two gods on the rock carvings are not the gods she believes in, but this does not mean that she knows nothing about these two patterns. She recognizes the gods on these two images.

Chi Yan. Trisset frowned his delicate eyebrows and muttered to himself in confusion: "The god of the tomb, Anu Yasi, is one of the main gods in the underworld. He holds the key to the passage into and out of the underworld. He is a very authoritative god in the underworld. How could his portrait appear here?"

"There is also this eagle-headed man, his eyes represent the sun and the moon, the two snakes twisted in one body represent yin and yang, and the five claws represent the five basic elements of gold, wood, water, fire and earth. He is the god of life, Hoduras. How could anyone enshrine the two gods of life and death together? This is so strange."

To be honest, these two gods are gods under the Lord God believed in by the Holy Church of Light, and Goddess Daji has no seat in the temple of the Supreme God. If this is really her main temple, her believers have no reason to place the statues of the two superior gods at the door of her temple.

"What does the gods in charge of life and death mean? This cave is the gate of life and death?" Chi Yan said in confusion. Her expression slowly became firm: "Anyway, this is the most weird place I have found in the Dream Forest. I must find out what it is!"

Jady couldn't wait behind him. He watched the half-elf girl walk to the river and walk back, and walk over again, and still walk back, with only a hurry to breathe fire.

He didn't understand what the girl was doing. In anger, his red eyes stared at the beautiful girl's sloping buttocks, and he wanted to rush up and pounce on her and swallow her alive. He was still hungry, and his weak fire rose. How could he have a good temper?

After watching for a while, he realized the purpose of the incandescent flame. Trissett.

The water of this river is highly corrosive and cannot swim. With a half-elf-like, fiery and slender figure, as long as you swim to most of it, you may only have a skeleton left.

It seemed quite difficult to ask her to go up the mountain alone to cut down trees and then drag them down to make a raft. Moreover, the flames lost a few pieces of wood and observed the speed of its corrosion. The raft could not be made thin. The most important thing is that no matter how many layers the raft was made, the rope that tied the raft would definitely corrode first.

Jady Saker also began to concentrate and think of a solution. When Chi Yan sat on the stone and looked at the river in worry, he had already thought of an idea. He ran quietly to the upper reaches of the river, hid his body with the cover of the rocks, and then sprayed a stream of frozen air into the river.

The frozen gas quickly freezes the river water into a large piece of floating ice and floats downstream. Its composition is also the kind of corrosive river water, which does not repel each other. To completely melt such a large piece of ice, it can only rely on the melting of the warm river water, which can reach the opposite side of the river during this period.

The ice floes on the water attracted Chi Yan's attention. She was surprised at how ice floes appeared in the river. However, the landform here was very complicated and she didn't know much about it, so she didn't suspect that someone was making trouble.

Seeing the floating ice floating down like this, Jady was so angry that his eyes were ignorant that if he hadn't been sure that this was the Temple of Goddess Daji, he would have had to use the help of this forest elf daughter, Nori, to cross the river by himself.

Jady made another piece of ice floe, and threw a stone up, and then let it continue to go down the water. The elf was a smart creature, and his eyes lit up. He had already thought of the feasibility of this method. She chased the ice floe along the river bank for a few steps, then jumped up and landed on the ice lightly.

It was easy for her to create a breeze or change the slight flow of the river beside her. The flames slowly drifted towards the opposite shore while stepping on the ice.

The cave at the foot of the mountain looks low and short from the outside, but it is very wide inside. The cave is cold and humid, and the stalactites drip with water, and the echoes appear very deep.

In order to find the Temple of Daji, Chi Yan had been in the Dream Forest for two months, so she was very prepared. She carried the fire with her. At this time, she took out a torch from her backpack and lit it up and walked along the cave deeper.

Behind her, a pair of lantern-like eyeballs appeared quietly, which were extremely eye-catching in the dark cave, but she focused on the road ahead and was unaware of it.

Although the cave was rugged and difficult to walk, there was no fork in the road, which saved them a lot of time. After walking for about an hour, they felt a wind blowing in front, and the flames were excited and quickly accelerated their pace.
