Chapter 1502 The Great Hall
Chapter 1502 University Hall
Lu Huiqing slandered Sima Guang and Han Qi in his statement, and listed two major events that he was proud of in his life.
One was to teach Zhao Xu the Book of History. Sima Guang and Lu Huiqing took turns giving lectures. Lu Huiqing once used sophistry to refute Sima Guang until he was speechless.
One is that after Han Qi was released from exile, he wrote a letter arguing that the new law was inappropriate. Lu Huiqing refuted it point by point at the court meeting, allowing Zhao Xu to continue to strengthen his belief and maintain the reform.
After Gao Taotao received Lu Huiqing's memorial, he was furious, and Tai Jian was Sima Guang's licking dog, so he immediately rallied to attack.
Su Che's impeachment argument in the previous chapter concluded that Lu Huiqing was more harmful to the country than Lu Bu.
After Su You learned about it in Zhongmou, he wrote a letter saying that Lu Huiqing had been demoted to Nanhai due to his past and past achievements and should not commit another crime again.
Taiwan's critics argued that the South China Sea was developed by Su You. Since Su You had stayed there, Lu Huiqing's succession should not be considered a "demotion", so that time was not counted, and they insisted on demanding severe punishment.
In the end, the imperial court decided that Lu Huiqing would be demoted to deputy envoy of Jiedu as a bachelor of Zizhengdian, and placed in Jianzhou, and would not be allowed to sign official documents.
Originally, the prefix of the word was supposed to be made by Liu Ye, but Su Shi passed by and saw Liu Ye sitting there, thinking hard, and shouted: "Father Gong has been an executioner all his life, and he just beheads people today!"
Liu Xun was frightened to death and said he was seriously ill.
Dasu went in and did it in a hurry, threw down his pen and said: "I have been an executioner for thirty years, and I can only chop up a fleshy man today!"
There is another line in the poem: "If you are happy, you will be happy with each other; if you are angry, you will turn your eyes against each other and look at each other."
There is another saying: "If you can beetle the country and harm the people, all the leaders will rush to claim their leadership."
There is also "The former emperors sought talents but failed, and followed the good as if they were wrong. In the beginning, they used Emperor Yao's benevolence to test Bo Gun; in the end, they regarded Confucius's sage and did not believe in Zaiyu.
The execution of the two views of Shang Kuan shows the movement of three seedlings."
This article was very popular. Both the old and new parties were extremely disdainful of Lu Huiqing's behavior of attacking Wang Anshi. As soon as the wording was published, it was circulated throughout the capital, and paper was precious.
Lu Huiqing's political life ended completely.
Regarding his colleagues, Su Shi was still joking.
Sun Ben used to be Han Qi's minister, but later became Han Qi's son-in-law. The Han family's daughter was very arrogant, and Sun Ben was very henpecked.
So Da Su wrote a poem to tease others: "I smiled warmly when I was wearing a fan, and I fought with Liu Lang in my old age while holding a knife. I don't need to be related to Feng Yan, so I talk about Li Yang all the time."
Four allusions are used in the poem, the first one is "Wen Qiao Que Fan".
Liu, a cousin of Wenqiao in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, was separated from her family and had only one daughter. As her daughter grew up, Liu was very anxious about her marriage, so she asked Wenqiao to help find a suitable family.
Wen Qiao asked Mrs. Liu what kind of son-in-law she wanted, and asked: "Can someone like me be okay?"
Mrs. Liu replied: "As long as I can find a living person these days, what else can I ask for?"
Wen Qiao was already twenty-nine at the time and his wife had passed away, so he had long thought about his cousin.
A few days later, Wen Qiao told Mr. Liu that he had found someone with the same family status as himself, and he had also given a betrothal gift, a jade mirror stand.
On the big day, the bride opened her fan and saw that the groom was Wen Qiao. She clapped her hands and laughed: "I doubt it is an old slave. It's just as predicted!"
This is Da Su making fun of someone who has changed from a retainer to a son-in-law, a second marriage, and even a kiss.
Everyone is familiar with the second allusion, Liu Bei and Sun Shangxiang.
The third allusion is that of Feng Yan, a famous minister of Emperor Gengshi. His articles were well written and he was considered a kind of person with integrity.
However, the first wife, the Ren family, "had strong taboos and was not allowed to have concubines or concubines. The children often worked on their own wells and mortars."
Feng Yan was in great pain and wrote to her friends crying, and finally made up her mind to divorce her.
When he got a new wife, he was even more unlucky. This one was even more aggressive than the last one, and she was especially bad at treating his ex-wife's children, so Feng Yan had to divorce her again.
There is no record in history whether he married again. It is estimated that he was too seriously injured and died alone.
The fourth allusion is that of Wang Yan, a famous scholar and bureaucrat in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. However, his wife was so fierce that Wang Yan could not deal with her at all.
Wang Yan hated talking about money. His wife Guo once used money to surround Wang Yan's bed while he was sleeping. When Wang Yan got up and found that he was surrounded by money, he shouted helplessly: "Move these things!"
Fortunately, the Guo family had a fellow countryman named Li Yang, the governor of Youzhou and a hero in Kyoto. The Guo family was a little afraid of him.
One time, Wang Yan couldn't stand the bullying anymore and shouted: "Not only am I saying you are wrong, but Li Yang is also saying you are wrong!"
After that, Mrs. Guo calmed down a little.
A husband who needs to use the reputation of an outsider to make his wife restrain himself is also extremely henpecked.
Sun Ben was so angry: "Your little uncle is no better than me! Do you dare to let Mrs. Shi Guo know about your poem?!"
Dasu regretted his mistake: "Repay me, return it to me, it's all Uncle Yao's fault, the women in the world have no choice but to criticize!"
From then on, Da Su no longer used the topic of henpecking to ridicule others.
This is even worse than what was written. Master Su’s fierce attack completely confirmed Su You’s reputation as a henpecked person.
However, despite Dasu's arrogance, he still had a few good teachers and friends.
In front of them, Su Shi did not dare to make any mistakes.
One was Fan Zuyu. Once Su Shi's teasing went too far, Fan Zuyu would come to his door and give him advice.
As a result, every time Da Su finished teasing someone, he would add: "It's just a joke, no one is allowed to complain to Fan Shisan!"
There is also Bi Zhongyou. The two exchanged letters, and Bi Zhongyou always advised Su Shi to restrain himself.
In addition, there is Su You, but these people don't listen to what Da Su says, and they do one thing in front of his face and another behind his back.
When Su You heard in Zhongmou that Er Su had become the vanguard to defeat Lu, he couldn't help but sigh: "What a shame for me, I am also taking the blame."
However, Su You was not too cold towards Lu Huiqing, after all, the reformist side now had Zhang Dun as their standard bearer.
Although in terms of political literacy, Lu Huiqing was far superior to Zhang Dun, the crime of bullying his master and destroying his ancestors was so contrary to the universal morality of today's society. To save him, it was simply taking chestnuts from the fire and risking the disapproval of the world.
The cost was too high. Although Su You still had normal correspondence with Lu Huiqing, he would never dare to speak for him publicly again.
Again, if you come out to fool around, you will have to pay back.
Su You greeted Liu Ye, who had just been appointed as the dean of the School of History, and said, "The dean has done a lot of harm to our big Su."
Liu Tong's face turned red and he handed over to Su You: "I really can't accompany the court on errands, so I would rather be a bookworm."
After the compilation of Zizhi Tongjian was completed, Gao Taotao came to the court. Except for Fan Zuyu, Liu Xun and others went to Beijing. With orders, the Zhi Bookstore was facing dissolution.
After Su You's report, all these people were absorbed into the School of History of the Capital University. Their tasks were ready to complete Ouyang Xiu's "History of the Five Dynasties" based on the posthumous works of Confucian scholars in Hexi and Dunhuang.
Also, the current national map has been drawn in great detail. The School of History is going to compile an "Ancient and Modern Regional Chronicles", which will no longer use chronology and biography as the outline, but will use the country's prefectures and counties as the outline, and revise a three-dimensional
history books, and at the same time, many historical place names whose exact locations are no longer known must be researched.
For example, the locations of Yanzhou, Xiazhou, Yinzhou, and Linzhou in the Tang Dynasty have undergone many changes, and their specific locations need to be determined step by step based on archaeology.
This is actually the outline of the "Prefecture and County Chronicles" across the country. Later, each region can revise its own "Local Chronicles" based on this historical outline.
This method of studying history is considered innovative and combines arts and science, but it has also opened up new ideas to the big guys in the School of History, and they are all as excited as chicken blood.
Just like the colleges of science and engineering, the college of liberal arts also has its own issues, and the tasks are quite heavy.
The food under the hands of the Duke of Shu is not easy to mess with, but it is delicious, which is what researchers are interested in. Therefore, people like Liu Xun are both miserable and happy.
The banner of the Capital University Hall was erected, and heroes from all over came in droves.
Among the famous "Five Sons of the Northern Song Dynasty" in history, only one Cheng Yi is left. However, Sima Guang wanted Cheng Yi to be Zhao Xu's teacher, so Cheng Yi declined the invitation to be the dean of the Suyou Academy of Economics and Philosophy.
Finally Zhang Zai's disciple Li Fuzhi became the dean.
In addition to Li Fu of the Guanluo School, Tang Yan was also invited from Sizhou by Su You to become the representative of the Sishu School.
In addition, there was Su Chi, Su Shi's son and close disciple of Zhang Zai.
Although Su Chi in real history was obsessed with the study of classics and philosophy, his influence was not great.
At this time and space, due to the great progress and achievements of Neo-Confucianism, and Su You, the young Yaoye who was able to achieve the three goals, the status of the Guan Shu School has been rising.
And what is different from history is that Su Chi took the imperial examination for a high position at a young age in this time and space, but later resigned and went to Songyang Academy to teach, and his reputation among scholars could not be better.
As a master of several sects, Su Chi became famous in the process of fighting against Er Cheng in Songyang Academy. Many people who were old enough to be his grandfather and uncle wrote to him and humbly asked for advice.
