I don’t know if it’s because of long-term lack of sleep. I’m not in good health and bad minds now, and I always forget things! Yesterday, I was busy writing articles in the room and forgetting all the dishes cooked in the kitchen. When I smelled the stinky smell, the house was already full of smoke. I quickly opened the door and opened the window to set off cigarettes, but the people upstairs mistakenly thought that some house had caught fire. Some went to see the situation directly, some called the property, and the property sent security guards to check the situation. I took them all away. I thought that even if they were gone, I knew that someone called the fire alarm directly. Not long after, many people from the fire brigade came to take photos of the pot of meat I had burnt. After taking pictures, they also said some things to pay attention to fire protection. They had to sign before leaving, and even wrote their ID number. The matter was not big, but it made me very nervous!

I had a bit of insomnia, but I didn't sleep all night because of nervousness last night. When I watched the time for the last time, it was already 3:15 in the morning. At that time, I was still very awake, and later I fell asleep probably until around 4 o'clock. Anyway, I just felt that I could just close my eyes and sleep for a while, the alarm ringed. My alarm was 4:50, because I had to get up at five o'clock.

I used to have to sleep before nine o'clock, but in the second half of last year, for some reason, the sleep time was always after 10:30, and sometimes it was eleven o'clock. Moreover, I was not able to sleep immediately when I went to bed. In short, my body is really unable to bear it now, and I have to adjust it quickly.
