If this Duyi Expressway could be completed and opened to traffic as soon as possible, the traffic bottleneck between Handu and Wuhan, a central city spanning the central and western regions, will not only greatly promote the economic exchanges between Han and Hubei provinces, but also greatly drive the economic development of three poor and backward areas in Hanchuan Province.
