Chapter 106 Crow Prophecy IX(1/2)

The steps seemed light and slow. Through the different windows divided by light and shadow, Luo Yu stopped occasionally, holding a staff, standing on the side of the window, listening to the long commands coming from outside. The stern and straightened tone, in the cold weather, was hoarse and almost changed its tone.

"Rise the bow—!"

The commander raised his right hand, and the long crow feathered cloak also slid down from the silver-gray shoulder armor. He raised his hand straight and pointed to the direction of the hotel. The gloomy eyes under the helmet were like two sharp swords. The knights behind him were chanting in unison: "Praise Aidanian, praise the Lord of the Storm!"

The mercenaries also shouted reluctantly, but they actually didn't care about this cold winter, they didn't care about everything, they just cared about the bloody money that fell into their pockets.

The crossbows in their hands were raised up in unison, pulled the winch open, and made a uniform sound. The white air gushing out of the mercenaries was rising, forming a white mist. Behind them were rows of crossbow arrows flashing with a crystal embedded in it, flowing with flame-colored light.

The adventurers in the hall saw this scene and stood up one after another, taking a step back together. The Crow Claw Knights formed a row, and they were retreating orderly and supporting their companions who fell to the ground. May looked at these people silently without stopping them, and she would not have to attack these people who had lost their ability to resist.

"You wait, you can't escape..." The Knight leader who was holding the bar step by step back, coughed, raised his head and looked at this direction sinisterly and said, "...Don't forget that there are also our people at the Resurrection Altar."

But May just looked at the other person, unmoved, and there was not even a trace of unnecessary confusion in his clean and clear eyes.

It seemed that she had never believed it, and she had not even considered the possibility of exams-evil would win, and justice would fail.

She only stood in this place, insisted on what she insisted on, and believed in everything she believed in, and the belief in her heart never wavered.

Even the adventurers were worried about Miss Knight's firm appearance. Some of them looked in this direction and couldn't help but shout: "Miss May, rush out, they are going to set fire, let's fight out with you!" Someone turned around and pulled out his weapons, looking eager to try.

But May seemed to have not heard of it and glanced at that direction. Then she lowered her head and gently pressed the communication crystal on her chest with her little hand, and the dark crystal there lit up slightly. Miss Knight listened carefully for a moment before nodding her head as if no one was around.

Everyone was stunned.

"Shoot the arrow—!"

Outside the hotel, the commander shook his hand down and shouted the order long. His sharp tone was like a crow's roar. At that moment, it seemed like a gust of a wind blew over the strong grass, and a whimpering sound was also made in the air. The mercenaries almost instinctively reacted, leaning their heads against the support of the crossbow, and half-squinted their eyes and pulled the trigger.

The black arrow shadow suddenly rose into the air and rushed towards the hotel-

But in the dark corridor, the boy was witnessing all this with his eyes. He raised the staff in his hand and gently hit the ground. With that blow as the center, invisible ripples crossed the space. On the long street, a hexagonal light wall was generated instantly.

After the light wall flashed, a thick wind curtain fell from mid-air. The violent airflow was expanding in all directions, even making the knights in the front row unstable. What about the crossbow arrows behind it? The crystals exploded on the air waves and turned into dazzling sparks, which scattered the stars for the disorderly airflow.

In the hotel, everyone seemed to have been captured by a magic called time. They suddenly became quiet for a moment, and they all looked at the exaggerated scene in front of them. The rain of fire, which was flying like butterflies, was sprinkling down. "Wind, wind wall?" someone asked.

"There are elements that make it nearby..."

The wind wall that was just right obviously left a deep impression on everyone.

Using the right spell at the right time sounds simple, but not easy. So much so that the mercenaries also turned around and looked at the buildings on the left and right streets with a little suspiciousness.

"Where is the other party…?"

"It's Luo Yu!"

On the second floor, Ai Xiaoxiao was making a happy sound.

Alisa looked at the enemy's crossbowman whose morale was shaking below, and suddenly her eyes flashed slightly, as if she noticed a chance. She turned her head and said to Fang Nini on her shoulders with a light silhouette: "Little guy, I'll leave you here alone. Look at this windowsill, don't let anyone come up, okay?"

Nini looked at her with her round golden eyes, blinked her gently, and then she nodded vigorously as if she had understood the meaning: "Well, um, um."

It seemed as if to prove herself, the little girl jumped down from Alisa's shoulders, and in the air a ball of flame bloomed from her heart, and then turned into a pair of unfolded flame wings. The fire feathers overlapped in an instant to form a cocoon. The next moment, the fire cocoons scattered in pieces, and a graceful girl was born from it.

She curled up, and the flames hang down from the cocoon, turning into wisps of clothing that wraps around her.

Nini raised her head and blinked her eyes. Her long flaming hair swayed gently behind her snow-white back, and the curious and innocent eyes in her golden pupils were still exactly the same as before. "Um." She pointed to herself, shook her little tail, and straightened her small breasts a little cutely.

Although she is still young, her figure and curves have become a bit like Nico Polas.

Luo Hao turned around and took a look more, and Ai Xiaoxiao gave out two fingers and poked it in his eyes. "Oh—!" He was caught off guard, and was immediately hit and screamed. "Ni Ni is still a child," Ai Xiaoxiao shook his voice: "Look back quickly, look back quickly!"

Ai Xiaoxiao was panicked when she saw it and hurriedly said, "Oh, I'm sorry, I'm just in a hurry... Luo Hao, are you okay?"

"...Do you think I look like I'm fine?"

"Ah sorry! Fatty, fat!"

"What are you doing!"

"Yes, someone is coming up!" Ai Xiaoxiao screamed in fear.

"Damn," Luo Hao was speechless for a moment, "Tell me quickly that he is there!"

"On the left...isn't right, on the right."

"Can you make it clear?"

But with a gunshot, a spark suddenly burst into the chest of the knight who was climbing up, and he fell down from outside the window on his back.

Ai Xiaoxiao opened her mouth wide and looked at this scene.

Silvede put away his gun, retreated from the slowly smoking shell, and let it roll on the floor with a jingle. She then turned around and looked at Alisa on one side with light blue eyes, while Miss Nightingale was inserting her two swords on the magic furnace behind her, and said, "It is not safe to just let Jita and Parker restrain those people. I might be able to cooperate with Luo Yu to attract the attention of those crossbowmen."

"Is it okay?" Silweid asked softly.

Alisa looked outside, her eyes narrowed slightly with black and white, like a hunting cat: "How can I know if I don't try it? The leader doesn't often say, is there nothing impossible in this world?"

Silvede was stunned when he heard this and then smiled.

Alisa had jumped out of the window, and the Crow Claw Knights below found this scene and shouted. Several crossbow arrows shot in this direction, but before they could reach her body, the latter had turned into a cloud of shadow smoke and dust. The crossbow arrows passed through the smoke and dust, as if they were shooting a phantom.

The smoke and dust turned around in the air and fell to the ground. The knights surrounded them, but before they stood firm, the smoke and dust scattered again, as if they were integrated into the shadow behind each of them. The knights turned around in a hurry, but the shadows were already spreading under their feet like running water.

"It's a high-level shadow dancer, let it go!"

Someone shouted, and everyone tried to find the position of the shadow - to no avail, the knights retreated one after another, but still couldn't catch up with Alisa's speed.

In the hotel, the wind wall that appeared before attracted everyone's attention, and the shadow that appeared at this moment surprised everyone. They only saw that the shadow swept across every knight's feet, as if it had given life, quickly approaching the commander in the crowd.

Everyone opened their mouths at that moment and realized what the "assassin" was going to do.

"No way?"

They have only heard of such things in legends as the enemy generals.

The commander also felt a creepy feeling covering his whole body. He almost drew out his sword with intuition and slashed forward with one sword. A fire flashed in the shadow - the commander only felt his arms numb, and the sword in his hand almost flew out of his hand.

Is this the power that ordinary adventurers should have? The other party is just a shadow dancer, but not a berserker?

Although he is not a Crow Knight, he is still a mid-level knight. The opponent's level is even higher than him, and it is much higher. The commander didn't care about his arms numb, raised his head, only to see the shadow and he immediately retreated after a blow to him, but before he could see the other person clearly, he suddenly felt a warning.

He subconsciously turned sideways, and a black light had already flown through his left shoulder. The commander groaned, and the next moment he heard a light shout: "Recall!" A flash of lightning, and the dark dagger inserted there flew back to the other party's hand. The commander screamed and immediately knelt on the ground.

But the assassination was unsuccessful in the end-

“Failed?”

The adventurers watched the scene in a little confusion.

At this moment, the knights were already in the direction of dreams, and then they surrounded them. However, the commander realized something and was raising his head in cold sweat. Seeing Alisa turn into a ray of smoke and dust again, a turning point drifting behind in the air.

He felt a bad premonition in his heart, and he didn't care about the pain, and shouted in cold sweat: "Be careful, protect the crossbowman!"

But it was too late, and the smoke and dust turned into human form again. Alisa raised her hand in the air, and a piece of dust fell from the air. The mercenaries were still unclear and held crossbows in this direction, but as soon as the dust fell, they immediately screamed and closed their eyes, and the crossbow arrow in their hands fell all over the ground.

"It's flash dust."

On the roof, Parker looked at that direction and said. He was also a nightingale, so he naturally knew the tricks of his peers.

"The flash dust won't last long, Miss Alissa is helping us get time." Jita took a light breath and replied.

Parker snorted softly, "No need for her help," he tied the claw hook to himself, then pulled it, tried the strength of the opposite side before turning around and said to the naturalist lady: "Hurry up, don't fall down later. We will be discovered as soon as we go out, so you'd better take a little while."

Jita nodded and replied in a soft voice: "I understand."

Parker grabbed the pulley, carried Miss Naturalist on her back, and then jumped forward with force.

At that moment, almost everyone saw the two people appear from the roof and then leapt towards the building on the other side. "There are people over there!" Although the mercenaries were in chaos, after seeing clearly that it was only the flash dust, the Crow Claw Knight breathed a sigh of relief. As Jita said, the flash dust would not last long. The other party was just delaying time. As for the reason for delaying time, they obviously found the "flying man" on the roof.

"They went to the building over there," the commander shouted in that direction, covering his bloody wounds: "Go and catch them!"

This chapter is not over, please click on the next page to continue reading! In the corridor, Luo Yu watched Parker and Jita disappear behind the roof in the other direction before turning around.

But as soon as he turned around, he saw the two people who appeared behind him, and he was stunned for a moment - that was no one else, but his parents.

"Dad, mom..." Luo Yu shouted dryly.

His mother looked at him with a stern look: "Xiaoyu, are you going to go down?"

Luo Yu looked out the window and nodded silently.

He opened his mouth again, facing his mother's seriousness for a moment, he didn't know how to explain it. After all, he promised them that he would find a way to obtain the qualification to go to the Second World.

But what they are doing now obviously does not seem to be working in this direction anyway. They will inevitably give further excuse to the Alliance, which will only further tighten restrictions on the Seven Seas Brigade.

But this does not mean that he thinks what everyone is doing is incorrect.

Is the qualification to go to the Second World that important?

Even more important than distinguishing right from wrong?

He felt a little uncomfortable, although he understood from the very beginning what his parents had to send him to this world.

He has always hoped that he could be worthy of this expectation.

But for this expectation, do you really need to give up everything?

He looked up at his mother.

Since she was very young, her mother has always been strict with herself. She always stubbornly insisted on her opinions and rarely made mistakes.
