Chapter 702: The Era of Sino-German Cold War Comes

Although the Chinese Empire was extremely reluctant to truce and talks, Britain, France, the Soviet Union and other countries were very afraid of the German nuclear weapons, so negotiations became inevitable.

If the Chinese Empire had not held a Paris Peace Conference during World War I, it would have been a statement that all countries would have asked for another World War II without deciding victory or defeat.

The negotiations between the United Nations and the Allies were held at the United Nations Shanghai headquarters building on November 2, 1943. Representatives were sent to all countries around the world, but basically only Britain, France, the Soviet Union, Italy and other countries made suggestions. Then the Chinese Empire and the German Empire held consultations and decisions. Other countries had only listeners and had no say.

Britain, France, the Soviet Union, Italy and other countries proposed to use the Paris Peace Conference in World War I to determine the general direction of the Shanghai Peace Conference in World War II, that is, the warring countries will return to the state before the full outbreak of World War II. As for the issues of war losses and compensation, the dispute will be temporarily shelved and resolved after detention.

Germany naturally agreed with this proposal, but the Chinese Empire firmly opposed it. It was reflected in the fact that the Chinese Empire did not want to return to the state before World War II, but instead demanded the restoration of the territorial sovereignty and integrity of the member states of the United Nations, and the German army withdrew all invaded countries and carried out war compensation. But Germany obviously refused to withdraw its troops from all occupied areas, and compensation was even more impossible.

In the end, after dozens of bargaining and compromises between China and Germany, China and Germany finally reached an agreement. The German Empire agreed to withdraw troops from the occupying power, but the coalition forces were not allowed to enter the previously occupied areas of the German army. The countries belonging to the occupied areas resolved the camp problems themselves, and neither the Allies nor the United Nations were allowed to interfere.

In fact, negotiations have always been around the most critical level of major powers. The most generous one is Britain. Because there is no territorial occupation between Britain and Germany, Germany will not compensate for the losses of war. Britain is also afraid of being attacked by the German army. In addition, Britain is unable to fight, and resources, funds and input are unprecedentedly short of resources, funds and input, and the war almost dragged down Britain. Therefore, Britain was the first to reach a peace treaty to end the war.

As for Italy, Germany never gave up on his ally and was willing to withdraw its troops from Italy, hoping that one day it could win back the German-Italy alliance. Therefore, the German-Italy contract was concluded very quickly.

The second was the Soviet Union. Originally, the Soviet army planned to take the joint ** to attack Germany's local land, hoping to capture Germany and get a share of the pie. Therefore, Stalin sent the last elite unit of the Soviet army to Germany for battle, but unexpectedly the entire army was wiped out in the Warsaw nuclear explosion. From then on, the Soviet army had no elite troops, and there were only less than 900,000 new Soviet soldiers left on the ground, and they were even more afraid that the German army would drop nuclear bombs to the Soviet Union again. Therefore, the only Soviet Union, which suffered a nuclear strike, also reached a peace treaty with Germany. The troops of both sides retreated to the state before the outbreak of the Soviet-German War, and neither would garrison troops in Poland. This would form a buffer demilitarized zone between the Soviet and Germany.

The most difficult thing is France. Since France was defeated in the early stages of World War II, France had the Vichy French government supported by Germany and the Ziyou French government supported by the Chinese Empire. Both governments claimed the only legal government to France. At this time, the coalition forces controlled most of France, and only a small part of the northern part was under the control of the Vichy French government. Germany was willing to withdraw its troops from France, but did not want the Vichy French government to fall, and hoped to retain the Vichy French government. This was naturally not what the Chinese Empire wanted. The Chinese Empire asked Ziyou France to be the only legal government in France.

The differences between China and Germany led to a deadlock in negotiations. However, after closed-door negotiations between China and Germany, the two sides agreed to let France settle on their own, which implied that the French civil war was allowed.

But it is obvious that France is strong with the support of the Chinese Empire, and Vichy France cannot expect Germany's support at all, so the result is self-evident.

But Germany was not the one who suffered losses, and it also gained benefits from the Chinese Empire.

Since Germany mastered nuclear weapons technology, the Chinese Empire required Germany to strictly control nuclear weapons technology and not spread to other countries. Therefore, Germany used this to ask the Chinese Empire for an overseas oil zone, because Germany had a serious lack of oil, and oil was the foundation of the country. However, the Chinese Empire did not want to give German oil, and pinching Germany's lifeline of oil was a basic policy toward Germany. But in order to appease Germany, the Chinese Empire acquiesced to Germany to obtain it from the Soviet Union.

The original intention of the Chinese Empire was to acquiesce Germany's invasion of the Soviet Union. Because the Chinese Empire Emperor Chen Hao never believed that Germany could defeat the Soviet Union, he did not have the will to let the Soviet Union fight to the end and weaken the two enemies at the same time. However, Hitler always believed that Germany could defeat the Soviet Union, so he took the Chinese Empire into love and agreed to give in to the French issue.

China and Germany then reached an agreement to destroy the Soviet Union at the negotiating table. The Chinese Empire would not allow the Soviet Union to join the United Nations, and if the German army invaded the Soviet Union, the United Nations would not go through a thousand ways. Germany supported the decision-making of the Chinese Empire on the US issue, acknowledging that the United States split into thirteen countries and severing all exchanges with the remnants of the former Roosevelt government. But the most critical promise was that Germany would not allow nuclear weapons to spread. China and Germany signed a nuclear non-proliferation treaty and promised not to use nuclear weapons to attack each other.

Although China and Germany signed a peace treaty, the hostile attitude between the two countries has not improved significantly. Instead, it has become more targeted in the future because both nuclear weapons countries have become more targeted. However, this is the case with politics. It does not care about future affairs and only requires the maximization of immediate interests or the minimization of losses.

The Chinese Empire obtained maximum benefits at the negotiating table, while Germany minimized the losses of interests as much as possible. It is a good thing for the whole world to find a balance of compromise. Otherwise, once a nuclear war is launched, the living environment of the class will inevitably be severely damaged. It will not benefit the Chinese Empire and Germany at any cost, and other countries will suffer even more.

On January 7, 1944, on February 8, 1944, China and Germany finally signed a peace treaty. At this point, all peace treaties or armistice agreements between the United Nations and the member states of the allied countries involved in the Shanghai Contract were signed, with more than 1,500 agreement clauses ranging from large and small to involving more than 2 billion entrances. Even South American countries that had not sent troops had gained a share.

The official entry into force of the Shanghai Contract declared the official end of World War II. Like World War I, neither camp completely destroyed each other. The Chinese Empire released waters twice at the most critical moment, allowing Germany, the culprit of the two world wars, to avoid the tragedy of becoming a defeated country.

Of course, this is also another political conspiracy of the Chinese Empire. If Germany is not completely defeated, it means that Germany's Nazi militarism has not been eliminated. The German Nazis led by Hitler are just breathing, and their ambitions to invade have not disappeared, which lays a hidden danger for the next war.

The Chinese Empire relies on its strong national strength, and the Chinese Emperor has always followed the will of Emperor Chenhao. If the Chinese Empire wants to maintain a strong country's strength, it must always establish a strong enemy for itself. The soldiers are waiting for the battle every day, and the people always have a sense of crisis so that they will not be decadent.

When World War II ended, the Emperor of the Chinese Empire, Chen Hao, put forward the expectation of the next war at the imperial meeting.

"The next world war is difficult to break out. The hostilities between China and Germany are ultimately manifested as the Sino-German Cold War. Both sides have nuclear weapons. If they fight, they will be the destruction of the world, so it is difficult to fight. However, the small countries supported by the two major camps of China and Germany may break out in war, but the scale of the war will be controlled at the level of local war."
