If the processing is not carried out, video is video, and all work must be done manually. The significance of Skynet is to process and analyze these video images, and extract the key information in the video images through various algorithms and program means, and turn them into operational data that can be recognized by computers.

Skynet is not Mo Hui’s unique creativity. As long as we know, similar software has existed for a long time, and many key functions have already entered the commercial application stage, such as facial recognition technology, which has been developed for more than ten years.

The various open source modules used by Skynet are not very advanced in terms of technological advancement. There must be many government departments or commercial companies that can surpass Skynet in technology.
