Chapter 22 Huey and Joan

Red Rock City, Wind and Snow Legion Camp.

The young general in military uniform held his shoulders and stared at the sand table on the table. On the sand table were modeled orcs and human soldiers.

These clay sculptures were made lifelike, and even the wolf under the wolf cavalry was discovered.

The young general suddenly moved, and his fingers bounced out of thin air a few times. The five or six human cavalry on the sand table jumped up, and when they fell down, they landed in other positions.

After careful look, the position where the cavalry landed surrounded the two beast soldiers.

The young general bounced his fingers again, the cavalry bounced up, and the dropping position changed again. This time, three human cavalry surrounded a beast soldier.

"Using the Third Cavalry Regiment of the Right Army as bait, the two thousand-man teams of orcs joined forces to surround them. If the orcs do not bite the bait, the first in the front army, the Fourth Cavalry Regiment cooperates with the Third Cavalry Regiment to wipe out the thousand-man team of orcs."

There was an advisor next to him to quickly record the positions of the cavalry each time they landed, and then quickly passed the new order.

The cavalry of the Snow Legion outside seemed to be in trouble with the orcs, but in fact, every battle at the regiment level or above on the front line was under the control of the young general.

"Tea." The general stretched his hand to the side, and immediately a young lieutenant brought a bowl of tea to him.

The lieutenant who served the tea had dark skin, and what was particularly noticeable was that he had a pair of yellow pupils and two short ears, which turned out to be the orc Huey.

The young general drank a sip of tea, "The tea is cold, and most of the aroma in the tea is lost. Remember to only pour half a bowl of boiling water for brewing tea, and then fill it completely when I want it."

Huey clenched his fists tightly and endured it without an attack. Instead, he saluted and said, "Deputy Commander, I hope to be transferred to the front line of fighting against the orcs. I hope you can approve it."

"What are you doing? Are you in a hurry to die?" The deputy commander of the corps replied expressionlessly.

Huey was still suppressing his anger, "I came to the Wind and Snow Legion to train to kill orcs, not to learn to serve tea and water to serve people."

"No. Although I am not afraid of Rex, if you die here, there will be many people in trouble."

"If the Deputy Legion Commander is concerned about this, I can write a statement that if any accident occurs on the battlefield, it has nothing to do with anyone else."

"When I was young, I was like you. I always thought that only by going to the battlefield could I kill orcs." The deputy commander pointed to the sand table in front of me and said, "Look at this battlefield, do I stand here to mobilize the army to kill many orcs? Or do I kill many orcs with a knife in person?"

"You are the deputy commander of the army. You can decide the outcome of a war by mobilizing command. I am just a war lieutenant warrior, and the battlefield is where I should be."

The deputy commander snorted coldly, "You are an orc brain. It's been a while since you've been by my side. Have you learned to serve tea and water? How do I rank and set up the formation and mobilize the army and don't remember it in my mind?"

Huey, the orc, was completely stupid this time. He was always angry and thought that the deputy commander left him by his side to serve tea and pour water on it, and he did not think about it at all to teach him how to command the battle.

The deputy commander of the legion continued: "You do not lack the courage to fight orcs, even if you die together, but the students from our Xueyao Academy cannot only have the courage of warriors. Each of you will have the potential to become a future general of the Kingdom in the future. Compared with courage and martial arts, what you need to hone your patience and the overall situation on the battlefield."

Huey was stunned, "The deputy commander of the Legion also came from Xueyao Academy?"

"Is Old Harry okay now? That old guy grits his teeth every time he mentions me." The deputy commander laughed proudly.

......

Front Army City, Front Army Base of Wind and Snow Legion.

This is a military fortress built specifically for war, and it saves even its name, and it is directly called the military.

In the side courtyard of the former military headquarters, the General Staff, a young man in a silver magic robe was looking up at the sky in a daze.

All the soldiers who walked by him, the officers, were full of respect for this clean, beautiful and overly overwhelming young magician.

He masters powerful fire spells, but he is not as arrogant as other magicians. Regardless of his identity and status, he is humble and polite to everyone, and he readily agrees to any request when facing a smile.

What would no one in the barracks ask such a respected magician to do?

Like a beautiful, precious vase, everyone sees it placing it there and knows its value, but no one will really use it to arrange flowers.

Joan is the vase now!

He ran to the front army of the Wind and Snow Legion with interest, just to fight a few battles with the orcs on the front line and find some excitement for the boring life. Unfortunately, when he arrived at the military camp, the Wind and Snow Legion contracted its defense, and the various troops gathered in the front army city, but even the orc hair entered the city without even seeing it.

As a military fortress, it took less than twenty minutes to walk from south to north. In addition to the army, the city was filled with refugees fleeing from various villages and towns. It was crowded, and the streets were not only chaotic but also full of strange smells. Qiong, who had a quasi-faithful cleanliness, had no courage to walk out of the military camp.

When he arrived in the former military city, Qiong was assigned to the General Staff. As a military magician in the General Staff, he could not participate in the big military strategy, and he did not need to do some trivial matters. He had no need to do except practice in the room. He was bored all day long and could only stare at the clouds in the sky, and looked forward to the sunset after sunrise.

The boring days passed day by day.

On this day, the rushing horn sounded suddenly, and the horn sounded constantly. Teams of soldiers rushed out of the barracks and all ran towards the city wall.

Joan casually grabbed a little adviser who ran past him, "What happened?"

"The orcs have changed their strategy and are gathering under the city. It seems that they are preparing to attack the city and the war is about to begin!" The little counselor explained in an anxious tone.

An excited light immediately emerged from Qiong's eyes. The war that others avoided was the biggest excitement for him.

Qiong let go of the little staffman's arm and walked towards the outer wall of the military camp with a smile on his face. He had already started to fantasize about the scene of the fire dragon raging among the orcs in his mind.

Before Qiong could take two steps, she was grabbed by the little staff member who suddenly reacted, "Magic, what are you going to do?"

Qiong laughed and said, "Aren't the orcs going to attack the city? I'll go to the city wall to see it. At the critical moment, I'll put a few fireballs to help the soldiers guarding the city!"

The little staff officer suddenly said with a serious expression: "You cannot go to the city without orders to participate in the war. Even if you participate in the war, as the staff officer, we will only need to go to the battlefield until the end."
