541 - Second battle

541-The Second Battle

After the Clippers finished their first game with the Spurs, other teams also started their first game one after another.

On May 5, the Rockets passed the away game in the first round of the second round of the playoffs, defeating the Lakers 100-92, leading 1-0 with a big score.

McGrady was injured in the fourth quarter, but insisted on returning to the court, scoring a double-double in his first round of the second round, contributing 28 points and 10 assists. Ron Artest scored 21 points and 7 assists, Aaron Brooks scored 19 points, and Louis Scola scored 10 points and 8 rebounds.

Kobe Bryant still scored 32 points and 8 rebounds under strict defense. Yao Ming scored 14 points and 13 rebounds, and Gasol scored 10 points.

The Lakers have been resting for a week, but after the opening, they failed to adapt to the intense rhythm of the game and were a little unable to play. The Lakers did not double-team McGrady, who had recently had extraordinary outbreaks, nor did they go around. Of course, McGrady would not miss such an opportunity. He forced Gasol to force himself to make a foul as soon as he came on the court, causing him to foul, and made two free throws. Then he stopped in front of Kobe and made a jump shot, taking the Rockets' first 4 points. After playing for 3 minutes in this quarter, Gasol made two fouls and went off the court to rest.

Artest shaved a new hairstyle after advancing and brought the Rockets' team to his head. He performed well on the court, scoring 7 points in the first quarter, and the Rockets were once ahead of 7 points. However, McGrady was slapped for a second foul at the end of this quarter, while Bathir was hit with a crack in his eyes while grabbing the rebound. Previously, Kobe and Bathir fell on the court, which shows the intensity of the game. The Rockets led 21-18 in the first quarter.

The Lakers had to put down their airs and began to double-team McGrady and go around the front to strengthen defense against the inside. Mim still made two shots in this quarter. With 2 minutes and 55 seconds left in the quarter, he made a heavy dunk and the Rockets led 40-32. Kobe was in modest form, making only 4 of 12 shots in the first half and scored 8 points. He made a shot 1.1 second before the end of the second quarter, and the Lakers trailed 40-43 in the first half.

McGrady and Scola scored 6 points in a row in the third quarter, and the Rockets gained a 9-point advantage, but they made consecutive mistakes and were intercepted three times. The Lakers also narrowed the gap to 1 point with a 8-0 post. After the Rockets gained another 8-point advantage, Kobe strengthened his attack and scored 13 points in this quarter. The Lakers chased them reluctantly and chased the score to 67-70 after the third quarter.

The competition in the fourth quarter was even more intense. With 8 minutes and 19 seconds left in the game, Brown made two free throws, and the Lakers surpassed 77-76. At the critical moment, Artest scored 3 points in a row with free throws, and then McGrady made a mid-range shot, the Lakers made consecutive mistakes, and Odom missed two free throws, the Rockets scored 9-0, and with 5 minutes and 19 seconds left in the game, they gained an advantage with 85-77.

With 5 minutes left in the game, Kobe's knee hit McGrady's knee and knocked him to the ground. McGrady held his knee in pain. McGrady left the field with the staff. After discussing with the team doctor in the aisle, he turned back to the field.

The Lakers took the opportunity to score 4 points in a row. At the critical moment, McGrady received the ball from the middle distance and made a shot. After Artest also made a shot, Mim caused a foul and made two free throws. The Rockets had a double-digit advantage of 91-81 with 2 minutes and 07 seconds left in the game.

Kobe scored a strong fight with 42 seconds left in the game, and scored 4 points in a row. The Lakers scored 88-95. Unfortunately, it was too late. Although they narrowed the gap to 6 points, they were unable to turn things around.

On the same day, the Magic of the East collided with the Celtics.

On May 5, the Magic passed the away game in the first away game in the second round, defeating the defending champion Celtics 95-90, leading 1-0 in a big score.

The Magic almost lost the lead of 28 points and finally passed the game. Ben Wallace contributed a double-double, scoring 16 points and 22 rebounds, and he blocked 3 times. Rashad Lewis scored 18 points and 7 rebounds, Heaton Teclu scored 15 points and 5 assists. Michael Pitrus, who came on the bench, scored 17 points.

The Celtics struggled to advance to the second round, but now face a more serious situation. Kevin Garnett continues to be absent, and their road to defending is getting more and more rugged. Paul Pierce scored 23 points, Rajon Rondo scored 14 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists, Glen Davis scored 12 points, and Kendrick Perkins grabbed 16 rebounds.

The Celtics have just finished seven games and are now in the battle again. After lacking the leading generals, they are no longer able to say that they have an advantage. Although they are at home, they cannot gain any advantage. The two teams can still compete in the first quarter and draw many times. Pitrus hit a buzzer-beating three-pointer in this quarter, and the Magic led 24-19.

Ben Wallace failed to hit three shots in the first quarter, but he began to show his power at the basket in the second quarter, scoring 9 points in a single quarter, and the Magic gradually widened the gap. With 8 minutes and 43 seconds left in this quarter, Marbury made a running shot, and the Celtics overtook 30-28, but this was their last lead in the game. After 6 minutes, they only made one goal. After the Magic made a 13-2 wave, they gained an advantage 41-32. The Celtics made another shot when there were 2 minutes and 26 seconds left in this quarter, but Ben Wallace scored consecutively at the basket. After this quarter, the Magic won 18 points 54-36.

Redick made two three-pointers after the start of the third quarter, and Lewis also made a long-range shot. After a 11-1 wave, they scored 28 points with a 65-37 win. After nearly 4 minutes of this quarter, the Celtics made their first shot. In this quarter, they failed to narrow the gap to within 14 points and fell behind 62-78 to enter the last quarter.

The Magic after leading the score was a little relaxed and kept shooting from the outside, but the effect was not good. The Celtics launched a big counterattack, and with 8 minutes and 35 seconds left in the fourth quarter, they chased the score to 73-82.

With 2 minutes and 8 seconds left in the game, Davis made a shot. Previously, Scalabrin and Pierce made three-pointers one after another, and the Celtics scored 8 points in a row, only trailing 85-89.

The Magic's 28-point advantage almost disappeared, and the situation on the court was tense. With 1 minute and 36 seconds left in the game, the two sides were still 4 points. The two teams missed the shots one after another, and Pierce missed the layup with 22.9 seconds left in the game. The Celtics had to foul. After Redick made two free throws, Pierce made a three-pointer, and the Celtics tied the score to 93-90. Unfortunately, only 6.6 seconds left. After Redick made two free throws, he secured the victory.

Just after Ace took a day off, he came to the At&T Center again on May 6 to meet the Spurs for the second match. However, before their game, the Cavaliers and Hawks of the East also completed the first round of the game.

The other party finished the fight at noon, while they were about to start the fight until afternoon.

On May 6, the Cavaliers beat the Hawks 99-72 at home, and the second-largest score led 1-0.

LeBron James, who had been resting for many days, was out of the cage like a tiger, scoring 34 points, 10 rebounds and 3 assists in 34 minutes. Mo Williams scored 21 points and Deront West scored 13 points and 9 assists.

After the Hawks struggled to resist for two quarters, they collapsed in the third quarter. Josh Smith scored 22 points and 6 rebounds, Mike Bibby made 5 of 7 three-pointers, scored 19 points and 8 assists, and Joe Johnson scored 11 points.

The Cavaliers have been resting for nearly 10 days, and the Hawks have fought hard for seven games before passing the score. The Hawks, who appeared as challengers, came prepared. Coach Mike Woodson emphasized that they cannot only defend James, but they must defend the entire team.

But even though that is the case, it is not easy to do it on the court. Not only can the Hawks not limit James, but they can't even defend against others. The Cavaliers seem to be relatively relaxed on the court.

James broke through and dunked at the beginning, winning the lead. However, the Hawks made two shots from the outside and started 11-4. Williams also scored 5 points in a row with a three-pointer. James also made three-pointers halfway through this quarter. After he scored 5 points in a row, the Cavaliers scored 15-15. James scored 16 points in the first quarter, and the Cavaliers surpassed 25-21.

After the start of the second quarter, the Cavaliers scored 6 points in a row, gaining a double-digit advantage with 31-21. The Cavaliers once led by 12 points, but Bibi made great efforts and frequently made long shots, making three three-pointers in this quarter. With 8.6 seconds left in this quarter, Bibi scored a three-pointer, the Hawks chased the score to 44-49. James missed a layup after his last breakthrough, and the Cavaliers entered the second half with a 5-point advantage. James' shooting percentage dropped in this quarter, with only 6 points.

In the third quarter, James strengthened his offensive and opened the gap. Halfway through this quarter, James made a three-pointer. After 30 seconds, he and West made an alley dunk. Then he broke through and scored a layup. After a 9-2 wave, the Cavaliers scored 14 points with a 70-56 advantage. James scored 12 points in this quarter, and had 34 points in the first three quarters. The Cavaliers entered the last quarter with 77-61.

James was only halfway through the fourth quarter, and he played less than two minutes before leaving the court to rest. The Cavaliers maintained a big lead. With 3 minutes and 48 seconds left in the game, Gibson made a mid-range shot, leading 24 points 93-69. The Cavaliers once led 26 points, and there was no suspense in the victory or defeat.

This is the first round news of each team before the Clippers and Spurs started. There is no way for them to be the first group to play, so the teams that completed the game at this time all had more or less spectators in the second game between the Clippers and Spurs.

However, the Clippers did not disappoint everyone. This time, Ace broke out from the beginning to the end, which was considered avenge of the Spurs. He almost squeezed his personal scoring record into the top ten and scored 62 points. This was just his three-quarter game result.

Whether it was Tony Parker, George Hill, or Finley, who assisted in defense, he became a supporting role. As soon as Ace made a move, everyone shut up. This was also because Ace thought of cheating on the game if he wanted to end the game as soon as possible.

Just for this championship, no one can defend Ace, so he is ready to shoot to the end. In fact, it is only effective against the Spurs, or against the Rockets in the Western Conference Finals!

But is this possible? Who knows, the Rockets have a total score of 1:0 now. Maybe McGrady is not a big deal until he kills the Lakers and then breaks out with new and old injuries, and then the Clippers are cheap. Although they want to play a away game and make a plane, it is better than fighting a civil war with the Lakers.

However, just when the Clippers were fantasizing about good things, on May 7, the Rockets lost to the Lakers 98-111 away, and the score was 1-1. The next game will return to the Rockets' home court, and the time will be on the 9th.

Meim was in a foul dilemma, scoring only 2 points in the first three quarters, but in the end he still scored 12 points and 10 rebounds. Ron Artest was expelled for two technical fouls in the fourth quarter, but he still scored the highest 25 points in the team. Carl Landry scored 21 points and 10 rebounds, McGrady scored 12 points but didn't see any injury, Aaron Brooks scored 13 points.

Yao Ming went wild today and scored 40 points, Kobe Bryant scored 22 points and 14 rebounds. Drake Fisher was expelled for a malicious foul and scored 12 points.

The loss at home in the first game left the Lakers' face lost. In today's game, the Lakers said they would win whatever they wanted. Yao Ming attacked wildly as soon as he came on the court. In the first quarter, he made 7 of 11 shots, and scored 15 points. The Lakers' firepower was surprisingly powerful. Although the Rockets also performed at a level, they were still at a disadvantage and were once behind by 15 points. The Lakers made 16 of 22 shots in the first quarter, leading 39-25 in a single quarter.

The Lakers' extraordinary shooting percentage cannot last long. After the start of the second quarter, both sides sent substitutes. The Rockets started the quarter with a 12-4 wave, chasing the score to 37-43. Mim only played for a while before fouling Gasol. He made three personal fouls and had to go out to rest again. However, the Rockets still attacked wildly. With 3 minutes and 57 seconds left in the quarter, Artest made a mid-range shot, and the Rockets scored 10-0, surpassing 49-48 in one fell swoop. This was their first lead in the game. The Lakers did not score a single point in 4 minutes, and the double-digit advantage was gone. With Kobe's three-pointer at the end of the quarter, the Lakers tied the score to 57-57 at the end of the half. The Lakers made only 7 of 21 shots in this quarter.

Mim only made one shot in the first half and scored 2 points. Not long after playing in the third quarter, he got another foul and had to sit on the sidelines again and watch the old center Mutumbo continue to compete. The Rockets missed consecutive shots after the start of this quarter, and Yao Ming started the attack mode and made consecutive shots. After the Lakers scored a 16-5 wave, they won a double-digit advantage with 73-62. Artest was in good shape, hitting three-pointers twice in front of Kobe, and the Rockets once scored a score of 74-79.

The gunpowder smelled on the court, and Scola and Vujasic almost clashed. With 13.2 seconds left in this quarter, Fisher knocked Scola to the ground. At the same time, Fisher's head touched Scola's teeth and was bleeding, but Fisher was still called a malicious foul and was expelled from the court. The Rockets fell behind 77-86 in the first three quarters.

McGrady scored a beautiful goal after the start of the fourth quarter. When Artest was shooting 24 seconds, he missed the shot. After McGrady grabbed the rebound, he shot directly in the air. He hit the 24-second whistle and the Rockets chased the score to 81-88.

With 6 minutes and 57 seconds left in the quarter, Artest was elbowed by Kobe. When he was arguing with him, he took a second technical foul and was sent out. Kobe made a free throw, and Gasol later made a tip-in, and the Lakers opened the gap 97-84.

The Rockets can only narrow the gap to 9 points later. Yao Ming scored a "three-pointer" and scored 5 points in a row. The Lakers regained the double-digit advantage, and the Rockets failed to pose a threat since then.

Today, Yao Ming has become a hero in Los Angeles. There is no way for him to shock Los Angeles fans with his amazing performance. However, everyone also took Ace's 60+ to say things. These are just the capital for fans of the two teams to scold on the Internet.

On May 8, the Cavaliers passed the game again, defeating the Hawks 105-85 at home, leading 2-0 in the big score.

LeBron James scored 27 points and 5 assists in 31 minutes, Mo Williams scored 15 points, Deront West scored 14 points, Anderson Valejo had 12 points and 8 rebounds.

The Hawks lost two consecutive games and could only hope for home games. Maurice Evans scored 16 points, Mike Bibby scored 11 points, and Joe Johnson scored 10 points.

The Cavaliers have achieved the first record in the league this season, thanks to their defense. In the playoffs, their defense is extremely omnipotent. They only score 76.8 points per game on average, and the Rockets behind them make their opponents averaging 87.9 points per game. It is almost impossible for the Hawks to defend against James, and their offense has problems and cannot find a solution.

James scored 11 points in the first quarter. After the quarter was 12-12, Valejo and Ilgoskas made layups one after another, and the Cavaliers ended the quarter with a 14-5 wave and gained an advantage 26-17. In the last 6 minutes and 42 seconds of the quarter, the Hawks only made two goals.

Less than 5 minutes in the second quarter, the Cavaliers scored a 17-point advantage with 38-21. James was not in a hurry to take action, and he made a shot when there were 3 minutes and 49 seconds left in the quarter. With 5.4 seconds left in this quarter, James dribbled the ball and rushed to the frontcourt. He made a long shot just after crossing the center line, and actually hit a buzzer-beating three-pointer. The Cavaliers ended the first half with a 59-35 lead.

He scored only 35 points in the first two quarters. The Hawks were helpless in front of the Cavaliers' defense. After the start of the second half, they could not find a way. With 4 minutes and 55 seconds left in the quarter, James made a long shot from outside the three-point line. One minute later, he and Williams made an alley dunk. Ilgoskas also made two shots thereafter. The Cavaliers led 36 points with 1 minute and 51 seconds left in the quarter. The Hawks failed to shoot a goal within 6 minutes and 39 seconds, and could only score 55-85 after three quarters.

In the fourth quarter, the Cavaliers no longer need to play the main players, and James and others sat on the sidelines to watch the game. Shortly after the start of this quarter, the Cavaliers scored 4 points in a row and led by 34 points 89-55. The winner and loss were lost early, and the Hawks could only place their hopes on their home court.
