"Master, have you ever thought that we want to wake him up, but he himself doesn't want to come out of meditation at all. Since he himself doesn't want to, why should you force it?"

Facheng shook his head: "My senior brother has such a meditation method, and in the end he is regarded as a physical Bodhisattva by good men and women. I think this is not the result he wants. Even if he is unwilling to get out of meditation, I have to find a way to get out of meditation. Because he is a Buddhist, his great wish comes first."

Fa Cheng said this, but I thought of another thing. That is why Feng Junzi asked me to come? Feng Junzi would not interfere in Buddhist affairs, and he didn't even finish the Diamond Sutra. He asked me to come here for only one purpose, which was to let me know what "emptiness" is. This state, no matter how good the eloquence is, I can't say it, and I need to verify it myself. Note that I use the word "state" instead of feeling, because I have no feeling at all. People have vision, so there will be concepts of light and darkness. But imagine that a naturally blind man who never knows what light is, then he will not know what darkness is. A person has hearing, and when he cannot hear sounds, it feels quiet. If he doesn't know what sound is, then he doesn't care about quietness. You can't imagine the state of ignorance and no darkness, no movement or static.

When a person finds that his "self" breathing has stopped and his heart stops beating, he may be afraid to die. However, in a state, there is no breathing or heartbeat at all, because even the body is gone. Not only does it lose the essence of the body, but even the shape and concept disappear. Even the Yin God has become invisible and material. It is boundless, endless, beginning and end, which is very similar to what I once felt in the Qingming Mirror. The difference is that there is also a "I" in the Qingming Mirror, but I enter the empty concentration of Fahai, and I have no "I"!

Some people may wonder, "I" is gone, who is out of cold sweat? The Yin God who comes out of my body is the Yin God. The so-called Yin God is the spiritual consciousness that leaves the body to feel everything in the outside world. But when I arrived in the spiritual consciousness of Fahai, I felt that everything was empty, and the Yin God was equally gone, so I disappeared. The horror of this moment shocked me and then broke out in cold sweat. In fact, in "emptiness", it is not the real "I" that has disappeared, but the "I" that relies on the external cognition in the phenomenon world is gone. The "terrible" point of this state is not that you cannot feel everything, but a kind of existence fear that comes backwards, which is that everything in this world cannot feel your existence.

If it was not for chance, I used this method to confirm it, and it was indeed difficult to understand what the realm of emptiness is. Fahai was sitting there, but for everything in the world, such as Facheng and I, cannot be sure of it or proved his existence. To find Fahai, we must find a state higher than emptiness. And its premise is that I have to enter and exit and transcend this state freely, which is my real purpose. Although Fahai did not move, he helped me confirm the realm of emptiness. What I really want to ask about the practice of emptiness should be Facheng in front of me.

I respectfully bowed to Facheng and said sincerely: "Master Facheng, I think I understand how to find your senior brother Fahai."

Facheng was stunned by my appearance and replied a little at a loss: "Shi Xiaozhenren, if you know, tell me."

"I know, but I can't do it. Please tell the master to teach me the mind method and mantra of "emptiness"."

Facheng: "What mental method? What mantra? I only know the scriptures."

Facheng: "About emptiness, the Heart Sutra is the most clear. The Heart Sutra of Prajna Paramita has only 260 words. You can listen to it - Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, when he practices the deep Prajna Paramita, he sees that the five aggregates are empty and overcome all sufferings. Sariya, form is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different from form, form is emptiness, emptiness is form. Feeling, thinking, action and consciousness are the same. Sariya is the empty appearance of all dharmas, neither born nor destroyed, neither dirty nor purified, neither increasing nor decreasing, so there is no color in the air, no feeling, thinking, action, no eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind, body, body, no body, body, thought, taste, touch, no eye, and even the unconscious realm, no ignorance, no ignorance, no ignorance, no ignorance, no

The ignorance is over, and even the age and death are over. There is no suffering, accumulation, extinction, path, no wisdom and no gain, because there is nothing to gain. Bodhisattva, based on Prajna Paramita, the mind is free from worries. Because there is no worries, there is no fear, away from delusions and dreams, and ultimately Nirvana. The Buddhas of the three ages have obtained Aphratari Samyaksambodhi based on Prajna Paramita. Therefore, they know that Prajna Paramita is a great mantra, a great mantra, a supreme mantra, and a mantra without all suffering. They can eliminate all suffering, and are true and not false. Therefore, they are said by the mantra. The mantra is said by Jie Di Jie Di, Jie Di, the Prajna Paramita, the Prajna Sarvaha."

Facheng: "Of course I know that I have been in and can come out. So I know what you felt just now. What I don't understand is why my senior brother doesn't come out, that's not a good place."

"Master, how did you get in? Is it according to the scriptures?"

Facheng: "Of course it's not as simple as the scriptures. Let me tell you this. This scripture is equivalent to the mantra you mentioned. In fact, there are many methods to practice and realize the state of emptiness, which is the mental method you mentioned. What my master taught me is the five aggregates of emptiness. Do you want to learn it?"

"Five aggregates and emptiness? I want to learn it, but this is what I want to ask the master."

Facheng: "Why didn't you say it earlier? Listen to it, the five aggregates of emptiness is the skill of entering emptiness in sequence. The so-called sequence actually has no sequence, it is just one flower and five leaves. It is a kind of meditation, specifically divided into different forms, extinguishing feelings, extinguishing thoughts, stopping actions, and consciousness of emptiness...."

This monk Facheng has no intention or a stubborn view. He firmly believes that I can recover Fahai. I said I need to ask Kong for advice on practice. He told me everything his master taught him as soon as he opened his mouth. These five aggregates of Kong Zen seem very simple, all of which come from the Dharma in the Heart Sutra, and the real mystery lies in how to do it, how to enter, and how to attain it.

The so-called strange color means forgetting the existence of all material phenomena in the world in the state of concentration, including everything our own body and ordinary five senses feel. This is a very deep state of concentration, whose state has transcended silence, but a state of nothingness.

The so-called cessation of feelings is one with different colors. After all material phenomena do not exist, as the "I", they will not feel all this. In fact, what disappears is the concept of "awareness".

The so-called destruction of thought is not that I can’t think, nor that I forget to think, but that in such a state, there is no need to think, and it doesn’t matter to pursue the meaning and way of all existence.

The so-called stopping action. If humans do not think, God will not laugh. If God is silent, existence will lose its will. When all cognition of the outside world stops, what stops is also all interactions with the outside world.

The so-called awareness of emptiness cannot be expressed, and Facheng cannot be expressed. You can understand it as after stripping away all real existence, what existence is left? An abstract, conceptual, finite and boundless "I". In "emptiness", I have no more, but I have not disappeared. What disappears is another thing, which is close to eternity.

I finally understand what Fahai has been doing in the past sixty years? He is looking for the existence of "I" in the eternal realm! Not only Facheng wants to find Fahai, but Fahai is also looking for himself. Thinking of this, I can't help but feel a little lucky because I first met Feng Junzi, who learned alchemy rather than Buddhism. (Note: Why did Shino think so?)
