043 Back, the heart of the Tao should live like a god, it is clear to ask the spiritual platform

Mei Xiaolang was in the military camp and was always very concerned about family affairs. Pei Yu'e often sent people to report the letter. The letter mentioned that Cheng Xuanhu, a well-educated scholar from Chang'an, helped Jingwu Villa to manage the industry and teach Mei Zhenyi's studies. The whole country and the whole country of Wuzhou were very satisfied, and the young master was also very obedient.

Mei Xiaolang is not stupid, of course he guessed that his wife sent someone to Wuzhou to discipline the eldest son, and was worried about the financial income and expenditure of the family. Since it seemed that it was not a good friend on the surface, it would be better to do a favor and transfer Cheng Xuanhu to the military camp to achieve military achievements. On the one hand, it would give Pei Yu'e face, and on the other hand, it would also give Mei Zhenyi a quiet place.

Cheng Xuanhu's distant cousin General Cheng Wuting made outstanding achievements on the expedition this time. After returning to the army, he would become an important figure in the army and court. Giving him a favor to his nephew is also a friend. Mei Xiaolang's actions can be called wise and versatile, but he didn't expect that the master of the wonderful method would go to Wuzhou at this time.

Isn't Mei Xiaolang worried about his son's safety? It's not the case. After the last incident with Ming Chongyan, Mei Xiaolang knew that Zhang Guo, the butler of Jingwu Villa, was also a master, and his son was very clever. No one could bully him in Wuzhou, so he was relieved to transfer Mei Yi away for a while.

After receiving the letter, Cheng Xuanhu of course came to say goodbye to Mei Zhenyi. Mei Zhenyi also accompanied him to Cuiting Temple to say goodbye to Master Xingyun. On the ten-mile peach blossom road after going down the mountain, the two had a long conversation. Mei Zhenyi asked immediately: "Mr. Cheng, you are not the kind of bachelor who studies hard and is proficient in worldly affairs. You must also understand my family affairs. I don't want to be an unfilial person, but I want to enjoy peace of mind. I hope that Mr. can teach me."

Cheng Xuanhu walked with him and sighed: "Liu Qi, the son of Liu Biao in the past, was afraid of the harm of his stepmother, so he went upstairs to pull the stairs to ask Zhuge Kongming for advice. Kongming taught him to ask him to stay away from Jiangxia to avoid disaster... Today, the young master does not have to pull the stairs to pull the stairs. Haven't you been away from Wuzhou?"

Mei Zhenyi: "I went to Wuzhou to recuperate. It was the suggestion of my master Sun Zhenren. Now that I have recovered from the illness, I am afraid there is no excuse to stay in Wuzhou. I can get me back with a letter. Actually, I also want to see my father, and I want to go to the border military camp with you at this time, but if there is any conflict in the Chang'an Marquis' Mansion, and even the disagreement in my father and Pei Xiang, it will be unfilial."

Cheng Xuanhu looked at him and smiled: "I will talk about these things privately with him when I see the Marquis. Don't worry. As for you, I have a suggestion."

Mei Zhenyi bowed immediately and said, "Sir, please give me advice!"

Cheng Xuanhu turned his head and looked into the distance: "Before you are a minor, stay in Wuzhou, don't go back to the Marquis' Mansion or go anywhere else. If others hear or misunderstand this is a saying that teaches people unfilial, you can come out of my mouth and into your ears."

Mei Yi and Cheng Xuanhu were leaving, and there happened to be another person leaving Wuzhou, Sun Simiao. It was already early October. Since Mei Zhenyi woke up one year ago, the construction of the Imperial Doctor Shi was completed, and Sun Simiao should say goodbye and return home. Although Mei Zhenyi was extremely reluctant to leave, she knew that she could not keep it, so she could only leave with tears.

When Sun Simiao came, he brought two medicine boys, but when he left, he left one, which was the eldest Qu Zhensheng. Mei Zhenyi did a lot of things this year, and the book could not describe them in detail. He had a good relationship with the Qu brothers and also considered the future for the good brothers. During his time in Wuzhou, he helped Qu Zhensheng get the Taoist priest's book and asked him to formally abbot Qi Yunguan after Sun Simiao left.

The reason for obtaining the Book of Talismans was Qu Zhensheng's own ability. He had been following Sun Simiao for a while and had learned a lot of real things. But Qu Zhensheng was only eighteen years old after all, and the abbot's Taoist temple seemed too young, so it depends on the relationship and recommendation of the Mei family. As mentioned earlier, the Buddhist monks in the Tang Dynasty had a special status, and being able to obtain such a status could be considered a stable life. Moreover, Taoist priests in the Tang Dynasty could marry and have children.

Sun Simiao was very satisfied with Mei Zhenyi's arrangement. He knew in his heart that he would soon be alive, and he also appreciated the future considerations of Mei Zhenyi as his "senior brother". On the other hand, he practiced medicine in Qiyunguan and the people of Wuzhou benefited. It is inevitable that he would regret leaving an apprentice to continue practicing medicine. Mei Zhenyi is the eldest son of the Marquis of Southern Lu. He cannot be a person who has lived in the mountains for a long time. It is most appropriate to leave Qu Zhensheng.

The incense of Qiyun Temple lasted for thousands of years. Later disciples talked about the history of Taoist temples. The first three masters were Lu Chunyang, Sun Simiao, and Qu Zhensheng. The Dongkuanyuan where Mei Zhenyi once lived became the East Travel Hall for worshiping the Eight Immortals in modern times. These are all later stories.

Sun Simiao also left a lot of things for Mei Zhenyi, a closed disciple, that is, all the books he carried around him, including medical books and alchemy books, many of which were his own works. As mentioned in the previous article, "passing books" was the most solemn way of inheritance in ancient times, and Mei Zhenyi was very grateful.

The day of farewell was the ninth day of the 10th month. The west wind on the river was slightly cold. Mei Zhenyi had already prepared the car and boat for several elders. Before crossing the Yellow River, they happened to take care of each other. Doctor Shi's stone materials were also packed and transported to Guanzhong for the final construction. All the craftsmen needed were invited to set off together. The Qu brothers were also saying goodbye. Qu Zhensheng patted his younger brother's shoulder and said, "Second brother, take good care of the old gods and go home to support his parents. If there is anything at home, please inform me immediately. My brother has now officially received the talisman as the master of the temple. He should be able to help a lot. Remember!"

If this sentence is translated into a modern language, it means that I am now working and my income is pretty good. If you have difficulties at home, you must come to me and don’t let my parents down. Although it is very ordinary, it also makes people feel very touched.

Sun Simiao called Mei Zhenyi aside. At this time, he was about 1.4 meters tall. Although he was not too tall, he had grown a lot more than a year ago. His figure was considered strong among the thirteen-year-old children at that time. It can be seen that his recuperation and cultivation were very successful this year.

Sun Simiao still stroked his head with his usual movements and said, "Teng'er, don't be sad before leaving. Since you are a practitioner, you must see everything thoroughly. Although your teacher has left, the inheritance of the master is still in your heart. There is no difference between the master and not being there! Before leaving, do you have anything else to ask me?"

Mei Zhenyi: "There is no difference between being and not being!... The disciple wants to ask this sentence. If you are confused in your heart in the future, how can you ask the master? I would like to ask this mental method." This question is more interesting. If the master is gone, how can you ask the disciple? Most people may not understand it very well, but practitioners do have this mental method, and not only the two schools of Buddhism and Taoism, but also other sects.

Sun Simiao replied: "I think when you first started, you asked about ghosts and gods. What I answered that day was the mind method. The master of the practice teaches his disciples and leaves the heart seal. Whether the disciple can obtain the qualifications and understandings of the true teachings, but whether the master is qualified depends on the eight words "there is no difference between being and not being". Not to mention Master, even if the gods and Buddhas are all over the sky, they must be "there is no difference between being and not being in the heart of the descendants." If you teach your disciples in the future, you must also test whether you have done this."

What does Sun Zhenren mean? It is difficult to explain. It can be explained with the help of a psychological experiment. There is a very famous psychological experiment in the contemporary West called "The Non-existent Person": a group of psychologists virtualize a person, and the virtual information includes the era, name, origin, experience, birth and death of the person. In fact, this person does not exist, just like the protagonist of a fictional novel.

Then they began to communicate with this "non-existent person" through meditation, hypnosis, etc. After a series of failures, a ghost who claims to be this person finally began to talk to them and tell them everything about themselves. This is not amazing enough. When it comes to the era in which that person lives, that person can correct the errors in psychologists' understanding of history. In the end, the communicator was confused and began to suspect that this fictitious character really existed. The mysterious state of mind of a person is a spiritual mountain that can be opened, and reality is even more bizarre than any science fiction novel.

This famous experiment is very close to the ancient practitioners' sayings about ghosts and gods, and there is only one layer of window paper that has not been broken. A qualified practitioner will leave a real "heart mark" for his disciples, including all the information contained in daily words and deeds. When the master is not here, the disciple can also "see" him in a special state of tranquility or meditation and communicate with him.

This may not be very mysterious to ordinary people. For example, Zhang San left you a deep impression. When something happens, you will think, "If Zhang San is here, what will he say, and what will I do?" and then you will come to a conclusion. And a master of cultivation can intuitively and concretize this process, and can summon the images of masters or certain ghosts and gods in the spiritual consciousness and communicate directly with him.

Some things are taught by the master and the disciple understands and remembers them, but practice is not taught in school. The specific realm and various magical powers need to be verified step by step. Sometimes the master passes the Dharma and leaves. After the disciple gradually practices over the long years, one of the important ways to rely on is this kind of mental method.

So is the master summoned in the spiritual consciousness the master himself? Yes, nor? It is said that he is because he communicates with what he said and the questions he answers will not be different from when he was there, because this image itself is all the information left by the master when he preaches. It is said that he is not because it is just a heart seal in the spiritual consciousness, and he will no longer tell his disciples what he has not taught before. If the disciple has any new gains or breakthroughs, it is also because he can verify it by this communication, but only through this method of understanding.

Why do practitioners have to practice to reach the Great Realm of True Man since ancient times before they can formally accept disciples for the Dharma-sending master? Because if they are not in the Great Realm of True Man, they cannot leave their heart marks on their disciples. Once the master leaves for some reason, the disciples will be at a loss for practice. There are conditions for disciples to use this mind method. For example, some sects must first cultivate the "Soul-Returning Immortal Dream" and be able to recall all the past events in this life in detail before they can use this mind method. Disciples must at least have the "spiritual pill" realm, and Buddhist disciples must at least be able to enter the "three meditations" state of concentration.

For example, there is a kind of "the master's Dharma" in Tantric Buddhism that can communicate with the master during practice, and that "the master" does not exist for other people in reality or in the era at that time. Some people even have excellent understanding and only read the Taoist scriptures, and suddenly become enlightened, they can practice successfully. They can even communicate with the " master" who left behind the Dharma. This situation seems magical, but the scope of communication will not exceed what he has realized. If he is not careful, he will become a demon. It can be regarded as a similar mental method.

Of course, Sun Simiao would not teach the mental methods of the original master of the Mei Zhenyi Tantra. He was a Taoist priest who practiced medicine. Moreover, when Mei Zhenyi was a disciple, he talked about the theory of ghosts and gods when he was asked. Before leaving, Sun Simiao's secret mental methods were called "Lingshan Mind Method", and the first step in the entry was called "as if the god is here". Sun Simiao only taught the mantra of this first step, and a higher realm required Mei Zhenyi to explore it himself.

Professor Sun Simiao has a lot of things to do, including medical skills and external alchemy baits, as well as internal cultivation skills and guidance techniques. In addition, he has three sentences to benefit Mei Zhenyi for life. These three sentences are also the foundation of Mei Zhenyi's lifelong practice—

The first sentence is what Lu Chunyang said when evaluating him, "Don't care whether he is an immortal or an ordinary person, it depends on how he acts."

The second sentence is what Mei Zhenyi said after meeting Zhongli Quan on the way, "You are already on the way to enlightenment, so keep the way you understand in your heart. Don't be surprised if you see it."

The third sentence is what I said before when I left the Lingshan Heart Method, "Don't say it's Master, even the gods and Buddhas in the sky, in the hearts of the descendants, we must be 'there is no difference between being present and not being'."

Sun Simiao, Mei Yi, and Cheng Xuanhu were all gone, and Mei Zhenyi felt lost for a moment. He still lived in Qiyunguan. In addition to practicing martial arts and studying, he practiced and cultivated his skills every day, and was also the one taught by Sun Simiao when he was bedridden. Now he has reached the state of "moving the scriptures and moving the energy".

A year ago, Sun Simiao patted Mei Zhenyi and pointed acupoints for the meridians and massaged his twelve meridians with internal strength, which made Mei Zhenyi, who was weak at that time, feel very comfortable as if he was bathing in the spring breeze. But now, there is no need for other people's hands. When sitting in meditation, the internal strength is activated, and naturally enters the state that was originally. It is not only comfortable, but also the qi stimulating the whole body. According to the order of Shaoyin, Jueyin, Taiyin, Shaoyang, Yangming, and Sun, every time you patrol for one week, it seems that the whole body has been purified and refined.

On that night, Mei Zhenyi finally realized the state of "Five Qis Looking to the Yuan". She could still look inside while sitting in a fixed position. This time she felt different from the feeling on the hills of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine before traveling. It was not just a subtle perception that could detect the movement of meridians and organs, but also a pair of eyes in her spiritual consciousness. What she saw was not the flesh and blood in the anatomy, but the clear outline light and shadow under the movement of various qi mechanisms.

Mei Zhenyi spent a year to cultivate her weakest body to the most perfect state, breaking through the five energys to the Yuan Dynasty. The disciples of the cultivation of the body and refining their illnesses to achieve initial perfection. It should be said that it was quite fast in just such a short time. Besides, Mei Zhenyi was only thirteen years old. However, when he thought about it, this was not a miracle, because he lived for twenty years before time and had already reached this state. Now this year is just regaining the lost cultivation.

There are generally two signs of entry into practice: one is to be able to "see inside", no matter which method you use, you should feel your internal state; the other is to use this body refining technique to relieve illness, so that your body can reach a healthy and disease-free state. Why can you get started in this way? Because practicing more advanced Taoism cannot rely on incomplete furnaces and cauldrons. If there are defects in the body, problems may arise. On the other hand, practitioners must perceive changes in their own lives at any time.

The set of internal cultivation skills taught by Sun Simiao is called "the art of self-reliance". Compared with the Taoist methods of other practice sects, there is another wonderful function, that is, when practicing to a high level, you can not only observe yourself, but also extend your spiritual consciousness to observe others and assist in the diagnosis of diseases. So how does the spiritual consciousness extend and observe others when diagnosing pulses? This requires exercise. The exercise skills are the "Lingshan Mind Method" taught by Sun Simiao when he left.

In addition to auxiliary practice methods such as bait, guidance, and fasting, the most basic Taoist method that Sun Simiao taught Mei Zhenyi was "the technique of self-reliance" and "Lingshan Mind Method". The technique of self-reliance is to perceive and exercise one's own furnace and cauldron, and can also benefit others for medical treatment. The method of Lingshan Mind Method is mysteriously a method of communicating with gods, and simply put it as a method of training spiritual consciousness.

After the spiritual consciousness is clear again, it feels more profound and sharper than the breakthrough of cultivation before the time travel. He doesn't have to see or listen, and it seems that he can sense the existence of all objects in the quiet room, and even the slight vibration of the worms crawling outside the window. This feeling is very good at the beginning, and you almost feel that you know everything, but it is a trouble for a little longer. For example, an ant crawling on the ground can make you unable to sleep, and it is particularly obvious at night.
