005 Bloodline battle

Snape did not take Lawrence to his office that looked like a dungeon, but took him to the gargoyle statue in the principal's tower.

"Lemon Snow." Snape said, and the gargoyles jumped aside. They walked into the cracked wall and walked up the stone stairs step by step to the shiny oak door. Snape grabbed the buckle and knocked on the door, and the door opened like this.

"Principal, I brought him here, but I have something to report," Snape said, and then he told Dumbledore in full what happened on the court.

"I get it, Severus." Dunbulido smiled. He looked at Lawrence through his half-moon glasses. "Help me tell Minaiva, wait and ask her to deal with this matter. Please close the door when you leave."

Snape turned around and left without saying a word. Lawrence was surprised that he did not take the opportunity to deduct Glenfindo's score. Snape was so 'kind', so abnormal.

"Oh, okay, I invited you here today, I was going to say another thing," said Dumbledore, "but I didn't expect something unexpected happened, right?"

"I don't think I've done something wrong, even if I violate school rules," Lawrence made a direct statement. He raised the wand in his hand, "It's obvious that my partner thinks so too."

"In fact, what I want to say is not just a matter of right or wrong. Let's put those boring school rules aside," Dumblido replied. "Pure-blooded wizards discriminate against Muggle-born wizards, which has always been a problem."

"What's the use of pure blood?" Lawrence scoffed, "There are no ones that can beat in the seven pure blood Slytherins."

"Your thoughts are dangerous, Lawrence." Dumblido looked a little stern, "No matter how powerful the magic is, it cannot solve all problems."

"Oh? I don't think they will dare to discuss that word in front of me in the future," Lawrence replied tit-for-tat, "What do you think? Professor."

"Ah... I hope you can understand," Dumbledore said. "There is no benefit to hostility to each other, and the most serious discrimination against Muggle blood is mostly those ancient pure blood families."

"And England is controlled by these ancient pure blood families," Lawrence sarcastically said, "and then Voldemort didn't even have a single one to fight, so he had to hand over his knees?"

"But you can't deny that there are still many ancient pure blood families who are brave enough to resist Voldemort." Dumblido's expression relaxed a little, "like Weasley, Pwight, Bones, McKinnon..." (Note 1)

"...However, this war has caused heavy losses to both of us," Dumbullydo took his half-moon glasses. "Some families who supported Voldemort were very regretful at that time, but they did not dare to resist because of fear. But some people still tried to take the opportunity to gain a higher status."

Lawrence didn't say anything. He spent a long time checking the war twelve years ago. He knew that many families suffered heavy losses after that war, and some of them have not recovered until now, and were even directly exterminated at that time.

"I used to... maybe I should say that, most of my life has been eliminating the gap between wizards and Muggles." Dumbullydo showed a rare look of fatigue. "And I think the Muggle Protection Act, which has been continuously introduced by Mr. Weasley in the past few years, has been effective, and eliminating discrimination caused by bloodlines is something we have been working on."

"Maybe?" Lawrence shrugged,

"Let's change the topic," Dumbledore put his glasses back on his face, and he handed a invitation to Lawrence, "This is the purpose of my visit today."

"The invitation to the funeral of the Lemay couple," Dumbledore explained, "Each picture was written by Nico, and this is the certificate of entry at that time."

"I must say that preparing for my own funeral seems like a good idea?" Dumbledore thought for a moment, "Maybe I can try it if I have the chance?"

"Uh..." Lawrence had no idea how to respond. Dumbledore might be able to change the subject faster than he casts his spell?

"It's the last day of the semester, so you don't have to take the Hogwarts Express back. I'll take you back then." Dumblido paused and said with a strange expression, "Although it's not good to talk about others behind the scenes, I must say, if Nico had miscalculated, wouldn't it be a bit of a play if the couple hadn't died on the funeral day?"

Lawrence couldn't help laughing, Dunbulido winked at him and took out a cardboard box.

"Come on lemon, Lawrence," Dumbledore said with a smile, "Wait, you must report to Professor McGonagall's office. I hope you can have enough energy to face it after eating sweets."

"Oh, I will," Lawrence replied, asking curiously, "Do you know why Snape didn't deduct our score?"

"It's Professor Snape," Dunbulido corrected it, and then he replied, "Everyone has his own way of dealing with things. I think you can ask him about this question?"

"Uh...haha." Lawrence laughed dryly and asked me if I wanted to remind him to remember to deduct points? Lawrence got a piece of decoction and got up and left the principal's office.

"You're finally here, Mr. Lawrence Rovander," Professor McGonagall knocked the table with his fingers. Professor McGonagall was not the only one waiting for Lawrence in the office, Harry, Ron and Hermione were also here.

"I've heard from Professor Snape," said Professor McGonagall. "I'm sorry for this, I have to deduct thirty-two of Glenfindo."

"Oh, OK." Lawrence responded indifferently. He was mentally prepared for this.

"Professor, we want to know if Lucius Malfoy will come to trouble Lawrence?" Hermione asked anxiously, "Hagir said..."

"Miss Granger, I think I have a consensus with the principal on this issue," Professor McGonagall glared at Lawrence, who looked indifferent. "Although Mr. Malfoy is one of the members of the school board, I don't think he can take care of the students of my college."

"Will there be no punishment for Decora scolding Hermione?" Ron complained indignantly, and then accidentally hiccupped and spit out a slug.

"This kind of thing must be judged by the dean of the college," Professor McGonagall said helplessly. "There is no such rule in the school rules. After this incident, I will recommend that the principal add it to the school rules."

"This is not fair." Harry protested,

"It's unfair... by the way," Professor McGonagall agreed with Harry, but was unwilling to continue to worry about this issue. "I was going to inform you at lunch. Since you are all here, regarding your work service in driving the car, Weasley, you must go to the trophy room to clean the trophy room and do not use magic, Felch will look at you."

"Oh no." Ron said painfully, he forgot that he still had labor services,

"As for you, Potter, Professor Lockhart specifically designated you to reply to his letters from his fans."

"No...can I go to the trophy room with Ron to clean the medal?" Harry asked in despair.

"No, remember to be on time at 8 o'clock tonight." Professor McGonagall answered decisively, and then began to drive people away. "Lowande stays, everyone else, it's time for you to go for lunch."

"This is an irrational act, Mr. Rovande." Professor McGonagall said after the three of them left,

"I don't think that doing nothing is a rational act." Lawrence replied, "Although it's not me who scolds me, I'm also a Muggle-born wizard, professor."

"Okay, but to be honest," Professor McGonagall admitted, "This is the first time I've been so reluctant to deduct points."

"It's okay, professor." Lawrence said easily, "Just based on his words, I think I'll make more points this year to lose the Academy Cup."

"Oh, I hope you can do this every year," Professor McGonagall smiled, "...Well, Lawrence Rovande, to encourage you to protect your classmates' reputation, add Glenfindo thirty." (Note 2)

"Ah?" Lawrence then realized that Professor McGonagall was not as rigid as he imagined.

"Go for lunch." Professor McGonagall waved his hand and drove Lawrence out of the office.

Author's words: This chapter has been changed several times, and I deleted one or two paragraphs, and then I was wondering whether I should speed up the progress?

Note 1: Pwight is Molly. Mrs. Weasley's relatives, in the First World War, her two brothers, Jidon and Febian, died under the hands of the dead-eater.

Edgar. Bones, the whole family was killed by the death-eating person in the First World War. He is Emilya, the director of the Magic Execution Department. Bones' brother, and when Harry founded DA, there was a Susan among Hufflepuffs of the same grade. Bones is Amilia. Bones' niece.

Marlene. McKinnon, the whole family was killed by the death-eating person during the First World War.

Note 2: Professor McGonagall usually performs extra points deductions in accordance with school rules, but it is obvious that extra points and deductions are just a kind of power. In fact, there does not seem to be special regulations that must be dealt with in accordance with school rules.
