Volume 20 Looking at the World with Cold Eyes, Section 18 Guo Zheng

The moment the plane took off and soared into the air, Lu Weimin felt that he seemed to have thrown away everything, and his mood finally returned to peace, leaving all his bonds, worries and concerns behind him, and stayed in the capital.

Isn’t there a saying that the capital city will stay in the capital city, no matter what the final result is, now he doesn’t care, doesn’t care, or is interested, he wants to completely relax himself for two days.

I almost subconsciously wanted to go back to Changjiang, like a silent summoning. I had been away from there for almost three years, but I never seemed to have really thrown away.

Thinking about it, I feel that this is reasonable. How could it be abandoned after being born here and raised here? This is not in line with the ethics of human emotions.

White clouds slowly passed outside the porthole. Lu Weimin leaned his head against the pillow of the aviation seat and closed his eyes to rest. He didn't think about anything and didn't bother to think about anything. When he arrived in Changzhou, he did whatever he wanted, and he was so leisurely and willful.

However, his thoughts are always unwilling to follow his inner hopes, and they will rewind back to the problems in their minds intentionally or unintentionally, making Lu Weimin realize that unless he retires, he is afraid that he will never be able to get rid of the shackles of work in his entire life.

Landao has been relaxed, that is the business of Dong Jianwei and others. The candidate for mayor has not been determined yet, but Lu Weimin is a little confused. Can't he let himself work for three or five weeks longer, and he has to take down himself before even the candidate for mayor has been determined? This made him a little angry.

Of course, the past has passed, and I have to leave it. It is not a bad thing to let Dong Jianwei adapt earlier. Lu Weimin and Dong Jianwei also talked a lot about the exchange between Lu Weimin and Dong Jianwei. Some of it was what Lu Weimin originally planned to explain to Dong Jianwei in the past two weeks, but he didn't expect that this day would come so quickly and so suddenly.

Blue Island's industrial structure is currently more reasonable, but this does not mean that Blue Island has no weaknesses. In the early stage, the development of modern service industries such as communication services e-commerce and big data Internet of Things was a bit like a rush, and a large number of entrepreneurs came in. There are indeed a large number of brilliant star companies, but these are still a few, with thousands of entrepreneurial companies emerging, and dozens of them emerged. Only one percent, and 99% of the companies are still struggling or even throwing away the dust. Blue Island needs a better support mechanism.

This mechanism does not mean that all startups need to be protected, but that is, they need to carry out a second round of screening and support, that is, they need to provide protective support for companies that still have prospects but cannot break through in a short period of time, so that they can survive this most difficult period. The design of this mechanism needs to be combined with finance and venture capital, so that they can intervene at a deeper level. Perhaps after this critical period, companies can usher in a new spring.

Lu Weimin gave this suggestion to Dong Jianwei, and Dong Jianwei accepted it carefully. Maybe he might not fully understand it at this time, but he believed that Lu Weimin was also good for Landao, and analyzed and evaluated it from the perspective of the municipal party committee and government. We can always find a more suitable strategy.

Lu Weimin's second suggestion to Dong Jianwei is that the cultivation of the secondary industry cannot be ignored because of the rapid development of the tertiary industry. The development of the secondary industry is the foundation of the tertiary industry. Only a strong secondary industry can make the development of the tertiary industry have sufficient foundation and soil. The Landao secondary industry itself has a solid foundation, and the light and heavy combination is suitable. Traditional manufacturing and emerging advanced manufacturing industries are also well matched. However, as a comprehensive metropolis, the development of the tertiary industry is too rapid. If there is no sufficient urban industrial foundation to support it, it is still a bit weak.

In Lu Weimin's view, Landao still has a clear gap with Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. The political and historical heritage of the capital has given unique strengths in education, scientific research and medical resources, as well as the innate advantages of cultural creativity and tourism industries. Shanghai, as the first place in a great country, has unparalleled financial and foreign trade business advantages, while Shenzhen is the biggest fruit of the era of reform and opening up. To catch up with them, it can only continuously break through and innovate in industrial development, while also making up for its shortcomings as much as possible. Playing forward is to consolidate and improve the thickness of the secondary industry and the advantages in logistics and transportation. To make up for shortcomings is to further develop Landao's weakness, the financial industry is a major weakness of the financial industry, and under the situation of coordinated and rapid development of the secondary and tertiary industries, the financial industry has reason to obtain a period of rapid growth and gap filling.

On this point, Lu Weimin and Dong Jianwei discussed it for a long time, and finally Dong Jianwei agreed with Lu Weimin's opinion. If Landao truly becomes an international metropolis that stands in line with Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, it must have its own industrial characteristics and not have obvious defects and shortcomings. This is a necessary requirement for being a national comprehensive central city.

After explaining this point clearly and gaining true recognition from Dong Jianwei, Lu Weimin felt that his assignment to Lan Island could come to an end, and his responsibilities and obligations to Lan Island were basically fulfilled. As for the future take root, sprout, and bear fruit, it is the matter of Dong Jianwei and his team.

The flights from Beijing to Changzhou are almost the same as those from Beijing to Songzhou. Now the flights from Beijing to Songzhou have quickly risen from one to two flights a day when Songzhou Airport was first opened to five flights a day before the Spring Festival this year. It is said that one more flight has been added, reaching six flights a day, and there is a trend of continuing to increase. When Lu Weimin bought air tickets, whether it was flying to Changzhou or Songzhou. It was 12 o'clock in the flying to Changzhou, and it was 11:30 noon when flying to Songzhou. Lu Weimin was too lazy to wait for more than an hour, so he took the flight to Changzhou.

When the plane landed at Changzhou Longtai International Airport, Lu Weimin was still a little dazed. He arrived so quickly? He seemed to have not recovered yet, and he returned to Changzhou in a daze.

As people flowed out of the cabin, Lu Weimin felt that the temperature seemed to have risen several degrees all of a sudden. He knew that this was purely psychological induction, and he was still in the airport waiting room. The constant temperature air conditioner was well controlled. He felt that there had changed psychologically. When he returned to Changjiang, he felt that the temperature should have changed.

Holding his travel bag casually, Lu Weimin looked around in a daze, obviously still a little uncomfortable.

In the past, no matter whether I went to Beijing, Lan Island, or Changzhou, someone would come to pick me up. Today, I went back to Changzhou alone and didn’t say hello to anyone. It was a bit unnatural that I just came out alone.

After adjusting his mood for a little while, Lu Weimin planned to take out his sunglasses and put them on. Since he wanted to keep a low profile, he would keep a low profile to the end, take a taxi back to his parents, then have a good rest and sleep, and then consider where to go on vacation. However, he didn't know how many days this special holiday would be, and maybe a call would have to be terminated.

There seemed to be someone in front of me who came to pick up the plane, and Lu Weimin didn't care, but it was obvious that there were many people who picked up the plane, and they were all well-dressed, basically all suits, shirts, black leather shoes, and their ages were different. The posture of officials and cadres was also very unusual, which made Lu Weimin a little curious. Could it be that his plane encountered leaders from Changjiang Province or Changzhou City returning from Beijing, or did the leaders of a department in Beijing come to Changzhou for inspection?

After subconsciously taking a few more glances, a group of people had already greeted the people in front of them, shook hands warmly, and then introduced them. Lu Weimin always felt that the first person was familiar with the person, but he couldn't hear clearly. However, it was obvious that the other party was very familiar with the people coming to greet him. Lu Weimin didn't care. He just looked at him slightly when he passed by the group of people, and picked up the sunglasses with one hand and was about to put them on.

"For the people?"

In fact, Lu Weimin turned his head and saw the man with a wide mouth and ears. After being stunned, the sunglasses in his hand were still wearing them on his face inertia, but he had already recognized the other party. It was Guo Zheng, who had just become the chairman of China Airlines Industrial Group.

"It's really you? I thought I was confused." Guo Zhenghong walked over with a thunderous voice, "Have you returned to Changzhou?"

"Dr. Guo, uh,..." Lu Weimin was stunned and didn't know how to answer.

"Hi, still call me Mr. Guo?" Guo Zheng glared.

"Uncle Guo, Uncle Guo, well, I just got off the plane and came back to see my parents. Are you going back to Factory 195 for inspection?" Lu Weimin realized at this time that Guo Zheng was no longer the director of Factory 195. He is now the first chairman of China Airlines Industrial Group, which completed the integration last year. As a cadre who has gone out of Factory 195, he has always been the pride of Factory 195.

People around him were a little dissatisfied with Guo Zheng's enthusiasm for talking to an acquaintance on the same plane. Of course, Guo Zheng is the chairman, so naturally no one would say anything. But everyone felt that Guo Zheng's actions seemed to have neglected the team of people in the 195 Factory who came to pick him up.

Guo Zheng also realized this and grinned and said, "For the people, you probably haven't returned to the factory for many years, right? Your father retired and is in good health now? Come and let me introduce you to you. This one is the chairman and general manager of Liming Aviation Industry Group, which is Jiang Jianming, the director of Factory 195, commonly known as the 195 factory. This one is Yue Qifèng, executive deputy general manager of Liming Aviation Industry Group, and this one is..."

I will come to the list and call for votes at twelve o'clock in the evening to be continued.
