Instead, it is a lake located on the outskirts of Xita County. Compared with West Lake in Hangzhou, the West Lake in Xita County is several times larger in area, 18 square kilometers. The Xita Temple, which is made of the West Pagoda, has a history of more than a thousand years. It has become the first choice for the new wealthy people in Changzhou. Then the third ring road of Changzhou passed directly from the foot of Xifeng Mountain, making the Xita truly a Changzhou back garden.

The county is divided into three parts of flat land, one part of lakes and marsh, and six parts of hilly areas. The hilly areas are distributed in a semi-ringed shape in the south and west, wrapping the west to protect it. It also makes the west to become a prominent territory in the southwest corner of Songzhou.

Three-point flat land and one-point lake and swamp are mainly concentrated in this area surrounded by Xifeng Mountain, so the conditions for developing agriculture are quite suitable for mountains and water.

Yufeng and Xita have little economic exchanges and no connection. Although this road is only more than ten kilometers, because it is a mountainous highway, the cost per kilometer is estimated to be at least one or two million, which is only calculated based on ordinary secondary highways.

If we have to follow higher standards, for example, the six-lane cost mentioned by Lu Weimin would at least double, which means that the cost of these more than ten kilometers of roads may be 50 to 60 million.

Even if we make a compromise, we will build four lanes and isolation belts first, and reserve two lanes on both sides of the road, and we will probably not be able to get off without 50 million.

50 million is not a small amount for the Sita finance. Even if there is a city subsidy, Sita cannot bear it. If Yufeng pays it, it is probably not interested in the other party at all.

Many people probably find it difficult to accept the money from the West Tak side. Why should the West Tak side invest in the road from Yufeng to the West Tak? You should know that once the road is built, the two counties will benefit.

The benefits of this road will only be truly reflected when the real estate industry enters its prosperous stage, especially the Changzhou real estate industry enters its highest stage.
