The Atlantic Federal Space Army implements a typical military and political system, and its administrative management and combat command systems are relatively independent. The Federal Navy is the highest administrative leadership body and is affiliated with the Atlantic Federal Defense Department. Administrative group, also known as fleet group, is the permanent group of the space army. Atlantic Federal Space Army officers are composed of active-duty officers and reserve officers. The ranks are divided into 10 levels.
Captain: Second lieutenant, Lieutenant, Captain
School Officer: Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel
General: Brigadier General, Major General, Lieutenant General, General
Among them, the general is divided into four-star general and five-star general. During peacetime, there is no five-star general rank, and only senior generals with outstanding military achievements and outstanding merits in the war will be promoted to the five-star general. The Federal Space Army sets the rank of warrant officers between officers and soldiers, mainly suitable for soldiers engaged in professional skills, such as sailor chiefs, commander engineers and other positions. The rank of warrant officers is divided into four levels, namely, first-level, second-level, third-level and fourth-level. Only promotion is not promoted, that is, the fourth-level warrant officer can be promoted to the third-level, second-level or first-level warrant officers, but cannot be promoted to the second-level warrant officers.
The selection and promotion of cosmic army officers are very strict. Active-duty officers generally come from officer schools, such as the Annapolis Naval Officer School, alternate officer school and college-level schools. In wartime, talented soldiers can be directly promoted to active-duty officers.
Among them, outstanding officers will enter the Atlantic Federal Navy (Note 1) Military Academy for further studies. The promotion of officers shall be carried out by the Joint Federation Officer Promotion and Selection Committee. The content of the review depends on the position and requirements of the promotion of officers. Both the school officials and generals must enter the Atlantic Federal Navy Military Academy for further studies.
However, the most basic requirement for the promotion of an officer is the service age. Generally speaking, the promotion of a second lieutenant and a lieutenant must serve for 3 months, the promotion of a captain must serve for half a year, the promotion of a major and a lieutenant colonel must also serve for more than one year, and the military age must reach 3 years to reach rank of colonel. The military age must reach more than 5 years to reach rank of general and rank of general. The military age must reach 15 years.
The promotion of generals must be approved by the Atlantic Federal Congress and shall not exceed the legal quota of Congress, and one person shall be promoted to a general and one person shall be retired. According to statistics, among the federal officers, the proportion of second lieutenant promoted to generals is 2%. If it is a combat command officer, the proportion is still lower!
