Chapter 21 Fang's Secret

The dungeon of Blackhawk Town is built behind the first floor hall of the Lord's Castle.

Walking through the long and narrow corridor on the right side of the hall, there is a solid secret door behind it. Inside the secret door, there is a small compartment, the entrance to the dungeon, inside it.

With Morris's care, Sean came to the compartment.

Morris turned on the switch of the dungeon's secret door, and suddenly, a two-meter-square black tunnel entrance appeared on the flat ground.

There are steps in the tunnel, which are slanted downwards.

The two of them slowly walked down the dungeon with torches and down the steep stairs.

In the dungeon, there was a dark and humid area. From time to time, mice were squeaking and squeaking by, and the air inside was filled with a strange smell of rottenness and unpleasant smell.

Obviously, this dungeon has not been used for many years.

Because like this, there are usually no prisoners worthy of detention in poverty and cold border towns. They either whip them on the spot or go directly to the gallows.

Evil guys like witch doctors and pagans would not come to such bitter and cold places.

In addition to capturing some noble lords or knight classes, usually, there is no need to use dungeons at all.

After all, there are timid and cowardly serfs in the territory. What big deal can they do if they do?

The idle dungeon means that there is no position as warden in the Black Hawk territory.

After walking down less than three meters, I came to the first underground floor of the dungeon. There are four prison cells here, each of which is not big, and a single room can be detained for up to four or five people.

Walk through a cell and continue down there, there is a cell there, which is the last floor of the dungeon.

There are only two cells on this floor, and the area is not large. The two cells combined have only more than twenty square meters.

In one of the small cells, Sean clearly saw a middle-aged thief with the help of the torch in his hand. He was squatting inside the rusty iron fence, with dark hair and deep-skinned middle-aged thief squatting.

The thief is tall and nearly forty years old. His appearance should be a southerner from the Castle Kingdom.

The thief was covered in blood and his face was a little pale.

When he saw Sean appear, he did not beg for mercy, but just stood up slowly and said in a calm tone: "Are you the lord here?"

Sean nodded, "I am, I heard you want to see me?"

The thief endured the pain on his body, took a deep breath and said, "I know where the treasure of the Fanged Thieves Group is hidden."

After saying this, he squatted down and kept silent.

Sean stared at him expressionlessly, sneering in his heart.

This guy is very smart. He revealed such important information from the beginning, showing his importance, and at the same time he is secretly reminding himself not to hurt him, otherwise no one will know the whereabouts of the treasure once he dies.

Sean said lightly: "How do I know if what you said is true or false?"

The thief said casually without raising his head: "The Fangs Thieves Group has been established for nearly 30 years. The Fangs and the father and son serve as two leaders respectively. The wealth accumulated by Fangs over the years is probably beyond your imagination. I think you know better than me."

Sean said: "So that's the case, why did you save him when the fangs were seriously injured last night? Wouldn't it be better to escape alone and embezzle the treasure? That would not be easy to fall into my hands!"

The thief was silent for a moment, "I know where the treasure is hidden. Only Fangya knows the key to opening the treasure, so my main purpose of saving him is to use means to force the method of opening the treasure, but I didn't expect..."

"I didn't expect Fangya had long been suspicious of you, and another accomplice was also secretly guarding against you, right?"

The thief kept silent, obviously accusing Sean of speculation.

Seeing that he was silent, Sean knew that what the other party said would not be false.

Because whether it is pirates or thieves roaming the border, their leaders have the secret tradition of private wealth.

Because most pirates or thieves, when they accumulate a certain amount of wealth, they will change their appearance and go to a distant country called "Hyena Island", use a lot of money to buy land and titles, and then live a happy life.

If you are lucky, you may be one of the core rulers of that country.

No one knows how much wealth the Fangs's regiment commander and his father have hidden, but what is certain is that Fangs' treasures must be very large, so huge that the thief accomplices in front of him are very coveted.

If you really get the treasure of Fang, Sean can go to the Wanjie Weapons Mall, buy various weapons, buy a large number of serfs, and hire a large number of knights, mercenaries and craftsmen.

At that time, the Black Hawk Territory will grow rapidly. To a certain extent, it will take the opportunity to expand its territory, then annex nearby territory, and become a real great lord.

Thinking of this, Sean was secretly moved.

The thief in the cell, he knew that Sean was moved.

Like the treasure of the Fangs Thieves, as long as it is a somewhat ambitious lord and nobleman, there is no reason not to be moved.

"What are your conditions?"

Sean said lightly: "It's obvious that your purpose is not just to survive, but to want something else, right?"

The thief looked at him with admiration, "The Lord is right. Not only do I want to survive, I also want to take away something and leave safely."

Sean stared at him for a long time and suddenly smiled, "Sure enough, you are not a simple thief. If I guess correctly, your main purpose is to join the thief group is to keep the treasure of Fangs? Because ordinary thieves cannot find out the treasure location of Fangs. Only professional treasure thieves in the dark forest are proficient in various strange methods to obtain treasure news. You are a professional treasure thief, right?"

The thief was stunned. He never expected that his professional treasure thief would be able to guess through it, and he immediately did not hide it. "You guessed it right, I am a treasure thief!"

Sean said lightly: "As a professional treasure thief, you should be proficient in map drawing."

The thief seemed to know that he would ask this question, shook his head and said, "The treasure thief is not that stupid. Once I draw a map, will I still have my life when you retrieve the treasure? Besides, if I draw a fake map for you, it will be a dead end! If you want to obtain the treasure, I can lead the way within your control. After finding the treasure, we will each take it and leave! Don't worry, what I want is not gold, silver and treasure, and there is no conflict with you!"

Outside the cell, Shaun's eyes flashed with cold light. He was wondering whether to use torture to force confession? Force him to draw a map of the treasures with fangs?

While thinking, the thief in the cell suddenly spoke again: "I know what you are thinking. If you want to force me to draw a map with torture, then you are too underestimating professional treasure thieves. I have a hundred ways to die instantly. At that time, once I die, you will get nothing."

Sean shook his head and said, "I don't believe you have the courage to commit suicide, otherwise you would have died long ago and would not have waited for me to come."

At this moment, the thief suddenly laughed, "We treasure robbers are very caring about life, but once you force them to confess, don't you have to die? Since that's the case, it's better to die just a little bit to avoid suffering."

"This is the truth," Sean nodded in agreement. "Now I like you professional treasure thieves a little."

"Lord, what do you think?"

The thief obviously didn't want to stay in this dungeon for too long, and his tone was a little quick, "Two choices, either I'll take you to find the treasure, and then we both get what we want. Or you kill me meaninglessly and get nothing?"

Sean shook his finger and said calmly: "I have to think about whether this is a risk worth it. You can stay here for the time being."

After saying that, he ignored the thief's reaction and took Morris out of the dungeon.

Along the way, Sean said secretly, "What a joke? Now you are being imprisoned in the dungeon. It's your fault to be anxious. Now I don't have strong subordinates around me. There are many dangers in the dark forest. I just follow you to search for treasures. Wouldn't you die? Even if you get the treasure, will it still be an unknown number to bring your life back?"

Although the treasure of Fang is attractive, nothing is more important than one's own life.

I have to wait for a while for the treasure, but I can't escape anyway.

After a few days of regaining the mine, I will design the captive Baron of Greystone Castle and get a ransom from him.

When you have enough funds, go to the mall to buy a few submachine guns or AK47s and train a special combat force so that you can have the confidence to find treasures in the dark forest.
