Last year, Shangwenquan Lake Hydropower Station was actually outside Liu Mo'ang's plan. He originally wanted to install a 10-megawatt solar photovoltaic power station in Bacuo, but unexpectedly, by accident, it turned into a hydropower station with an investment of nearly 300 million yuan and an installed capacity of 40-megawatt.

To be honest, at the beginning, Liu Mo'ang didn't want to build this hydropower station, but he couldn't stand the Li Gong of the County Water Conservancy Bureau being too fooled. At that time, Liu Mo'ang was fooled and invested in building such a hydropower station.

In fact, it cannot be said to be a fool. As it turns out, the worker Li from the Water Conservancy Bureau is still very good at it.

Because even the armed police hydropower engineers who were responsible for the construction of the Wenquan Lake Hydropower Station said that the project was definitely good.

In Wu Yunpeng's words, the two rivers, Lang Naqu and Zan Naqu, which provide water to the Hot Spring Lake, have a lot of water for at least six months a year. Even in November and December, the surface of these two rivers is frozen, but there is still water flowing under the ice to supply water to the Hot Spring Lake.

Only from January to the end of April every year, the hot spring lakes of Zanaqu and Langnaqu will lose external water replenishment.

In other words, relying solely on the water supply of these two rivers can meet the normal power generation of the Wenquan Lake Hydropower Station in seven months.

The water demand of the hot spring lake itself is as high as 30 million cubic meters. After deducting the dead storage capacity of 5 million cubic meters, the storage capacity that can be used for power generation is as high as 25 million cubic meters. Even if the flood discharge volume of 2 cubic meters per second is used to generate power, the storage capacity of these 25 million cubic meters can last for 140 days!

In other words, once the Wenquan Lake hydropower station is built and the storage capacity of Wenquan Lake is utilized, the hydropower station can generate electricity almost all year round. Even if it cannot generate electricity at full capacity from January to April and can only open two units, it will be equivalent to having a full capacity of nearly ten months per year.

Ten months are 7,200 hours. Take a complete one, 7,000 hours, and 40 megawatts of installed capacity. In a year, it will be 280 million kilowatt-hours!

Of course, this is the power generation under ideal conditions. It is difficult to meet this standard in actual conditions.

Then let’s take a few steps and reduce it by 30%, right? The power generation in that year could be close to 200 million kWh!

The price of electricity sold to State Grid is about 30 cents per kilowatt-hour. After deducting the 200 million kilowatt-hours of use, the rest is sold to State Grid. At least more than 50 million can be recovered by selling electricity in a year!

This hydropower station invests less than 300 million yuan. After deducting the usual maintenance costs and labor costs, the cost can be recycled by selling electricity for up to six years. In the future, the money from selling electricity will be made purely!

Therefore, the Wenquan Lake Hydropower Station is definitely a very cost-effective investment project.

If Mr. Li said this, Liu Mo'ang would still feel that he was fooled. But so many people who are proficient in this area say that this is a very cost-effective investment, so Liu Mo'ang would think that this is a good project.

Generally speaking, the plateau is still short of electricity. Sunshine City may not have a big problem, but which county below is not short of electricity?

So when Liu Mo'ang decided to invest in the construction of the Hot Spring Lake Hydropower Station, the county took the initiative to contact the State Grid Company for Liu Mo'ang.

The electricity must be sent out. With an installed capacity of 40 megawatts, the turbine can send out 40,000 kilowatt-hours in one hour. Looking at the Obacuo and the hot spring resort, there is no need for so much electricity.

Even if the entire Zhongning Township is included, the electricity consumed in a year cannot account for one-tenth of the total power generation of the Wenquan Lake Hydropower Station.

Therefore, the electricity emitted by the Wenquan Lake Hydropower Station must be sent out.

This involves power transmission and transformation projects.

The so-called power transmission and transformation engineering refers to two aspects: one is a substation and the other is a transmission line.

According to the requirements of the state, the transmission and transformation must be controlled by State Grid Corporation. Therefore, after State Grid Corporation learned about the Wenquan Lake Hydropower Station project, it took the initiative to invest in the construction of a 110KV indoor substation and a 110KV transmission line of about 3.5 kilometers long.

The substation is located about one kilometer south of the hydropower station. In that area, the three major traffic arteries of National Highway 109, Qinghai-Tibet Railway and the newly built Beijing-Tibet Expressway coincide with each other. The substation is built about three hundred meters north of the expressway.

Mr. Liu, it was originally a large commercial concrete mixing station when the expressway was built. Now part of the expressway has been opened to traffic. This commercial concrete mixing station has long been withdrawn, leaving only about twenty acres of wasteland there.

This wasteland is not even grassy, ​​and the nearest village is one kilometer away, which can be used to build substations.

A 110KV substation actually has great harm. If you do not leave more than 300 meters, people who live within 300 meters of the substation for a long time will suffer from many inexplicable diseases.

Therefore, according to relevant national regulations, the construction location of the 110KV substation must be at least 300 meters away from residential areas.

This former commercial concrete mixing station completely complies with national regulations in any aspect, so this substation was built here.

In addition, there was originally a 110KV high-voltage transmission line from Wenquan Town to Dangquka County, which was on the south side of the Qinghai-Tibet Highway (PS: Some small changes have been made here. In fact, the real location of this transmission line is on the north side of National Highway 109. From the cover of this book, you can see the tower of the transmission line... However, because it involves the paragliding club, it is moved to the south. Please understand.), it is about 3.5 kilometers away from the substation, so you only need to build a short-distance transmission line to join the 110KV transmission line.

The largest project in this project is the indoor substation with an investment of nearly 50 million yuan. However, this investment belongs to State Grid and has nothing to do with Liu Mo'ang.

The completion of the power transmission and transformation project means that the Wenquan Lake Hydropower Station has the ability to transmit power outward. Once the Wenquan Lake Hydropower Station is officially put into operation, a steady stream of power can be transported to Dangquka County or even Wenquan Lake Town, and then it is powered up to the Sunshine City through the substation of Wenquan Lake Town.

No matter what, once the Wenquan Lake Hydropower Station is put into operation, it will greatly alleviate the power shortage in Quka County.

Of course, in addition to the most important high-voltage transmission and transformation projects, State Grid Corporation has also established several 10KV transmission lines from the substation, which are all transmission lines leading to Obacuo and its surrounding natural villages. Once the Wenquan Lake Hydropower Station starts to generate power, natural villages within a radius of ten kilometers can use a steady stream of electricity.

Well, it is free for each household to have 500 kilowatt-hours of electricity per month, but if you exceed the amount, you have to pay.

Five Bedroom Electric is really a lot. Even in the eastern coastal cities, this amount is enough to meet the electricity use of most residents.
